We got the last room at the last minute and the hotel didn't disappoint us. It's quiet. It's 15 minutes walk to the city center. We got the Lux room. It's a very spacious room with 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom with sauna and jacuzzi. Everything is very clean, neat and pleasing to the eye. Breakfast is just gigantic. We barely ate half of what we brought. :)

The perfect price/quality ratio

The relationship with the people is terrible, you are not expected there!!! Don't ruin your vacation, that our family has lived through it, I don't want that to happen to anyone! You got beautiful pictures and reviews.

I wouldn't recommend it.

Very small hotel - only 6 rooms. All very well. Clean ambience. Unfortunately noisy from the street, only a few rooms look out into the yard. Breakfast very high quality, affordable, but very good. Restaurant with demand, very good. Nice staff. Boilers with tea/coffee available. air conditioning.

The environment

In June of this year, we ordered a table on the terrace for 6 people. Besides us for the whole evening, another table was also occupied on the terrace. 2 waitresses served. Serving it was hard to call - when they brought dessert, there were fish snack plates in the middle of the table. They stayed standing on the table when we left. But the waitresses were very diligently engaged in watering the flowers-custs on the territory of the hotel. They were practically not at all suitable for us except to bring food. Kitchen. Except for 2 people, because they ordered the same dessert-custs, everyone could bring this dessert at a time, periodically after about 15-25 minutes. The first service was already organized, and the last time was less than 3 hours, but the staff of the restaurant was not satisfied.

It's a cozy little hotel. It's an amazing garden with a balcony. They've rented a luxury room. It's got a jacuzzi and a small bathtub. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is delicious. Each table is covered for guests separately.

Romantic

We have visited Villa Ksenija occasionally: went thru Customs from Belarus and it was night. We used always to stay in city centre, but all was fully booked and we randomly decided to stay at Villa Ksenija. I must immediately highlight the Breakfast. You feel Yourself like a royalty: all was so tasty and visually as the artwork. The surroundings are very beautiful and you can even enjoy yourself in the garden. Room clean and all toiletry included in the price. Nice and very welcoming staff. Will go there fur sure again and recommend to friends and business partners!

A treasure among small town

We decided to spend a Sunday night in the restaurant. We hadn't been there in a long time. Some of the locals said that the kitchen was no longer expensive, but apparently not on this day. We were very lucky. The atmosphere was always high. It was cozy, comfortable, warm (but not enough to make me want to stay at all).

I'm actually indifferent to desserts. No, I can order anything with someone for company and not even enjoy eating, but I'm fine myself. But there's an exception. Summer is not summer for me unless I eat dessert called Alaska at Villa Ksenija. Here's how I tried it three years ago, probably, and I lost it. It's all there. It's light rustiness.

A very nice building with big , comfortable , modern rooms. Room 2 has a private sauna and jacuzzi. The restaurant is amazing with wide choice of dishes. Very quiet neighborhood , 10 minutes drive from downtown. 
Extremely friendly service. You feel at home !

Beautiful property !

In February we ordered a banquet for 12 people - the anniversary. At first everything is fine, fine... in a week we came to discuss the menu - it turned out that we will have a wedding banquet together on the street in a chat room, and we will be sitting in the hall. Because of the wedding, our banquet time has to be postponed for two hours - the kitchen will not make time (s). You can't bring anything of your own, not even alcohol, not even a separate ordered cake... You took the pledge and waved the pen - come on, goodbye!
