This hotel is located about 5 mins walk from Shinjuku West gate, and the surrounding is busy and you can easily find anything you want. The room is Japanese size and wear and tear could be seen everywhere but is clean though. I got a room upgrade due to status from single room to double, and welcome drink is still served but based on your status tier though. There is coin laundry here, washing is 300 yen, and 30 mins drying is 200 yen. No buffet breakfast but served on a tray due to COVID precaution but all the food is free refill though. It seems that almost 50% of the employee here are foreigners, so there would be hardly any language issue here. I stayed here for two nights and haven't seen any Japanese employee here. Overall this hotel is good for visitors to use Shinjuku as a gateway to visit Tokyo or day trip to nearby city. So overall, this is good place to stay.
