We loved our experience at this hotel. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, and offered a beautiful view of Ortisei and the mountains beyond. We loved the morning breakfast offerings (large buffet, along with the option to order Omelettes, etc.), with a dining room that also offers those beautiful views. In the evenings we enjoyed a drink and snack in their comfortable bar area before heading into town for dinner. (There’s a shuttle van that is available for the ride into town.). Service throughout our stay was outstanding, including the morning and evening wait staff (Irene was exceptionally pleasant and kind). Rainer and Monika (the owners) are actively involved in the operations (they were even available late in the evening to make us a nightcap as we wrapped up our day), and they are both kind and very helpful. We will definitely stay here when we return to Ortisei.
