Just spent three wonderful days at Podere San Giuliano. The hosts Federica and Andrade are two very special who practice from the farm to the table. Their food is organically grown and they will take you on a tour of the farm to see first hand how they complete this process. The rooms were very clean. If you have time have a cooking class--either hands on or a demonstration by Federica. You will not be disappointed.
