The hotel is very close to the beach. The breakfast at the bar is excellent. But the hygiene leaves to reflect. In all the rooms, frequented also by dogs and cats, there is a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The room that was provided to us was made up of a mattress bed and a very uncomfortable castle bed. The room, the furniture they leave to wish for is without windows. There is only one opening that overlooks a well of bad light, without air recharge. The same applies to the bathroom.

Experience not recommended

Once we arrived we both realized the difficulty of finding parking nearby and also the fact that there was no one waiting for us in the room (I had announced the exact time of arrival!!). After a few phone calls (among others with no answers!!) we were greeted with discrete gentleness by a girl who had left immediately to refresh our room.....then she answered us and showed us the room. As soon as we arrived we also realized that there was only a couple of shake-ups: the smell of cigarettes in the room and the rotating of 2 cats in the room (I had also announced the exact time of arrival!!) What a wonderful experience!

The floor was dirty, and so was the front desk, and in the morning one of the cats also left some piss under the breakfast tables, room one assigned to two people without even adding the second towel, and the rest in the middle.

Dirty and small

I chose this B&B for a stay from Friday to Sunday with my wife (third week of September).The experience was very pleasant: new room, very well maintained, but above all maximum cleanliness which, considering the period, is one of the most important requirements.

Stay in mid-September

We chose this b&b because, having two small children, it is in the center and two steps from the sea. As soon as we arrived the entrance had an unpleasant smell. In the reception, which also served as a breakfast room, there were also two cats roaming undisturbed... The rooms were very unclean and with little maintenance: the toilet table was broken and the air conditioner was not working perfectly. But what bothered us the most was breakfast... except the milk, everything else was gone: slices of biscuits, vivella, marmalade... Unfortunately, we noticed after the children (6 and 1) had already made breakfast... When we did this to the present receptionist, she didn't even try to clean up or try to remedy it in any way.

Disappointing

This b&b is very close to the sea, you can walk and, in comparison, the price is quite good, it did not disappoint, good service, good location, very comfortable bed, air conditioning, I slept like a mad child

Very Beautifull

We were only after a one night stay to get the early morning boat so we didn’t need anything fancy or expensive. This B&B offers just that a basic room for a short stay. The staff were very helpful and nice and also accommodated us for breakfast at 7am instead of 8am since we needed to leave at 7.30! Thank you to the friendly girl who made this happen for us, nice gesture!

Basic affordable B&B

Clean B&B close to local shops, restaurants and the beach. 

Margherita was very helpful and made sure I was comfortable during my stay and nothing was too much trouble. 

I was given a bedroom with an ensuite, full kitchen and dining area which was great as I could make lunch myself some days.  Francesca ensured my room was clean with regular fresh linen and towels. 

Definitely a 10/10 experience; l highly recommend it! 

Fantastic Family B&B 

First the good part. It was clean. Otherwise not recommendable. No parking facilities, pozzallo is crowded in summer and we had to find space on the street. We got a room facing an inner yard which was overlaid and stank really bad. The beds are really hard and uncomfortable. At 8 am we were awakened because it was so loud, but not because of other guests, the stuff was gossiping really noisy. They don't speak english at all, only italian.

Thanks, but no thanks

I walked to the Altamarea from the port along besides Pozzallo's beautiful beaches, the Altamarea was very easy to find and Margarita  on reception was so helpful. I had a very large room with all mod cons and a balcony. The free wifi was also fantastic. I was very impressed.
