We stopped to sleep one night during our trip, because the room was a good price and it seemed like the quiet place as it was isolated. But at night the cars passed by and with the fatiguing locks it was like being outdoors. Mattresses and beds were very tight. Bathrooms at risk of injury and dated. Breakfast was not available. Very large parking, both in front and behind. The positive note is represented by kindness and hospitality.

Not much comfort

After a very high vote, my judgement is super positive for this facility, which is mostly used by truck drivers. Of course we are not talking about a big hotel but it still offers everything necessary for those who need a quiet break. The ladies who run it are very kind and very nice.

One night okay... 2 no... is to review something... the rooms for how ordered are a bit old and to modernize. the bathrooms not only... I would say just to review... the bar and breakfast?

I stayed at this hotel first with my father, then alone. Frankly, if I found the needle in the barn I would rarely criticize the showers, maybe a little bit but they assured me that they are providing room by room, all the expansion. I would dare say that the cleaning is even much better. I was very impressed. The price is very honest. The owner and staff are very available and open to all your needs. Highly recommended

First the positive things: the location of the hotel is excellent because it is close to the highway and on a main road. I have to stress that the price of the room was very low. the rooms were very clean. there is a large and free free free parking lot. the reception is open 24 hours a day. the negative things: the bar on Saturday and Sunday is closed...that is...it seems to me a completely absurd thing!!! there is no shower cabin but the water ends directly on the bathroom floor flooding a little bit. the most negative thing remains the reception!!! we live in 4...2 cups with 2 rooms.

It is essential but honest for those who take a short break.

Excellent place to spend a weekend, and relax.  Very easy to access from the car ferry.
so many features for mini nature exploration.  Hotel manager, Warren, was wonderful and friendly that made our stay memorable.

Family weekend get-together.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise for us. Clean rooms and really accomodating personel. Actually the rooms look just like they are advertised on booking.com confortable and clean. I think it is a family business because whenever one needs something the owners try to accomodate it. I strongly recomend this place if you want to have a base to visit Rimini, San \Marino, Cesena, Bologna.

short trip to Forli - Italy

On arrival reception made me pay in advance of seeing the room. When I saw it was only a single room not a double for single use I asked for clarification. Reception denied I had a double room (since I was only 1 person!) and the owner intervened but she was very rude and angry and shouted, saying I could go if I didn't like it. Unfortunately I had paid by bank card which they had no intention of refunding in cash. I also found there was no fridge, as advertised. The situation degenerated with more shouting and heavy swearing at me from both the owner, husband?, staff who eventually threw a fridge in the room  and moved me to a very basic double room indicating with extremely rude gestures that I was not to bring anyone home to sleep with! It was shocking.I survived the experience as I was working all day till late at night. The photos in the website are nothing like what is available, so if you are looking for cheap and nasty this is the place! Towels have been used and reused so much they are stiff and scratchy.

The client is never right in this hotel!

The owners were very welcoming and the rooms were comfortable and clean.  We ate in the restaurant there at night and the food was good.  Instead of taking the car into the city we caught the bus across the road from the hotel which was much better than trying to find a parking space!
We knew the hotel was outside of Forli when we booked so it was fine for us.

Outside of Forli but there was a regular bus service into the city

The hotel in on the main road between Forlì and Forlimpopoli. We did not expect any particular views and we got none. We booked a quadruple room with a twin bed. The room was not particularly clean (a sanitary pad was on the floor under the bed), walls were awfully thin, even for such price. Neighbouring room hosted a group of workers who made mess until late night, but you can hear the neighbour normally talking through the wall. 
The shower has indeed minimum water pressure, it was almost impossible to wash. The temperature was kept rather chilly and finally the breakfast consisted of one criossant with a tea/cappuccino/coffee. It is a budget hotel allright, but i did not find it to even leve up to the price.
