Avezzano

The room's not bad, the bathroom's quite dated and has a bidet under the window. There's only one towel in total and we're a couple. There's no breakfast and hall service. It's quite noisy.

Not to be repeated.

It is located almost in the center of Avezzano, very nice owner and available on request, large and clean room, bathroom with hot tub, to improve the furniture a little dated and the lack of air conditioning.

Good, but you can improve.

Gentle management and very kind and available lady. Location in the center of the village. Possibility to park near the structure in open public spaces. Very large but sanitary room, doors, lights, ceilings, curtains... much to renovate. The price is fair but it is worth investing in the structure to enhance it.

Acceptable but with potential for improvement

I stayed only one night at this fantastic facility. I was welcomed by the very kind manager who immediately made himself available for anything. The room was clean and comfortable. The facility is in a strategic position and the parking is two steps away. I will definitely be back.

It's excellent.

I have stayed in the room until morning and at night I hear (with the windows closed) the engines of the slaughterhouse on the ground floor. There is no air conditioning, instead there is an old model ventilator. The bathroom is a disaster: shower with doors that don't fall off; mold marks on the silicone; when I open the water comes out of the toilet and very much from the pipes. The light burning is lit because it didn't even take a rotating light and the room was in the basement.

A B&B not to recommend

As soon as I entered the room I opened the drawers and it was obvious that they weren't clean, the carpet in the room and some stains on the dressing room that made me think... the cleaning lady I hope understand that even around ten a guest is sleeping and doesn't want to be awakened by his cock.

Cleaning

Here we are! Overall (position, hygiene, rooms, Wi-Fi) the structure is good. The courtesy of the owners is an example for many other hoteliers. I would only improve the quality of the breakfast, which currently offers packaged foods, when in Abruzzo they have typical products that could be safely inserted. For the rest I remained very satisfied. Recommended if you want to spend a pleasant weekend, especially for the sagas in the neighbouring countries.

There is something to be improved

For us it was a very important step back from the holidays in Calabria. For group needs we arrived separately, who from Capo Rizzuto, who from Caserta, who from Fiumicino, in short all scattered with a single goal of going to see friends in Avezzano. The B&B Casina dei Marsi is pleasantly arranged in Avezzano behind the beautiful Torlonia Square. Beautiful rooms that allowed us 11 to arrange according to the number of family components and the dates of departure. Carlo, very house owner has assisted us on arrival and before departure. The rooms inside the apartment are very demanding, as well as the apartment on the same floor despite the slight need for adjustment of the shower.

A B&B for a gathering in the middle of Italy

Great location in the center of Avezzano. Very large and clean room and bathroom. Gentle staff. When we came back in the evening the room was warm. We didn't enjoy it for breakfast. My only advice: I would like a bottle of water in the room.

The rooms are clean and spacious, although a little impersonal, the owner is not very organized, and he made us wait for both check-in and check-out.
