3 reviewsHotel Bifa is the first hotel we have stayed at in Yogya and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We were able to book a hotel in advance and when we arrived were offered a different room if we weren't happy with the one we booked. The staff were exceptionally helpful; we asked where was best to hire bikes and they arranged for bikes to be brought to the hotel for us. We wanted to climb Mt Merapi and a member of staff offered us the help of his Brother-in-law, who knew the mountain and the best way to get us there. Our room was cleaned every day for us, no matter how much of a mess it was and even when we missed breakfast they got the chef to make us some. When leaving Yogya, despite our best efforts to mess up getting to Bogor for a very important meeting, a staff member followed us to the bus station to make sure we could book a bus and did not leave us until we had left safely. We were very impressed with our stay and will definitely go back again.
