hotel has been renovated and rooms are great . good location in triplicane near mount road and near marina  beach...wiil try to up some photos .  rooms from rs.900 very  cheap rates for the location .  nice stay

newly renovated hotel , nice stay

The bed had sheets with stains on them, and a dirty rotten smell that never went away. The hotel will spray a little room freshener when you check rooms. This doesn't stay more than a day! The bathroom didn't have a sink, and the walls had awful stains.
When checking in, nobody informed of the strange '24 hour' checkout, where you have to checkout at the time you check-in at!! And they then charged 500 for a few hours stay!!! And were rude and threatening, saying they'd keep my luggage and what-not. 


Awful room, rude people

Location was very good ,close to the mall and eating joints .Room was big ,Staff was good .Simple but nice breakfast was served .Bathrooms need to be improved with toiletries .Overall a comfortable stay .

Nice Place

Please don't even go with its name. worst one to live here. I was stayed here for some hours. very dirty room. they gave us water after long asking. wash room also very dirty.. there are so many other places to stay in triplicane, chepak but its a request avoid that place.

Bitter!!!!

If unfortunately you find yourself in this hotel, run away right away!! Disgusting house, dirty room and cockroaches hidden in the corners... Noisy, the windows don't close! Wifi paying. If you don't have a choice, negotiate the price!!!

What a disaster!!!

Bad reception and questionable hygiene... Wifi paying 50rs for use on the phone I had to insist to have the code on paper... I pass you the cockroaches in the room... Positive point: whoever finds it I tell you! Ps: negotiate the price if no other choice from 900 to 600rs at night obviously the rickshaw com was included.

Running away

When we checked in in the morning, we saw that the bedsheets were disgusting with many stains, but we thought the room was cheap (950INR/night), with A/C so we accepted. We delayed as much as possible the time when we would have to get back there to sleep and we bought new bedsheets in order to get through the night... We never did. Arriving at 11PM we saw that there was old food under the mattress and cockroaches everywhere and we just couldn't do it. We took all our things at midnight and just left! We found an awesome place very close called the paradise guest house (it's like 500m from white residency, on 17/1 Vallaba Agraharam Street, Triplicane). No A/C but a fan, clean rooms, and much cheaper too (600 INR / night).
