A reasonably priced, simple guesthouse in Zamárdi, 5 min walk from the train station, 5 min from the lakeside. Run by a helpful couple, it offers all that one may need for a few days at Balaton, although a kitchenette would be useful. Rooms are spacious, albeit slightly outdated, most of them have a big balcony.
