Hotel Bresciani

This is a great hotel near food and the airport. The staff are great and very courteous. They make sure you get a fresh cup of real coffee when you get there. They have a shuttle to the airport at all hours .

Recently built and in great shape, this hotel is easily accessible from the airport, close to most attractions. Very clean and well kept. Staff is polite and helpful. Prices include most taxes and surcharges, I say most because payment with a credit card has a small extra charge. Internet is free and fast. Hotel is close to a main road and traffic noise -as noise from parties and social activities- leaks into rooms, but good earplugs control that. Good value for your money, with a bonus, hotel staff waits for you at the airport, free of charge.

Great stay near Airport

Hotel is well centrally located, convenient access, rooms are clean, people are friendly and cant beat the price of $50 USD a night with basic breakfast included.
These are my issues: There is always NOISE of all kind,,,,,,,
* traffic from outside street when traffic is bad.
*some dogs in adjacent properties crying or barking
*noise from people who decided to hold up a football soccer tournament last night on the street
* noise from employees,,this part is the worst. I do not understand why there is so many people working here for such small hotel. They are everywhere and they start gathering, chatting and joking around and they become too loud, sometimes with bad words since I can understand the language. this is everywhere, lobby, restaurant area, outside the rooms. They are all checking they mobile phones all times and walking around to lobby killing time and eating chips hidden in their pants pocket and leaning at every other wall available . I had to wait at the lobby few times to be picked up and this is very annoying.
For this employee noise and behavior I will NOT stay here again
Breakfast is very basic and not to choose from it either scrambled eggs or fried eggs ,those are the choices, included is a very bad coffee, a little fruit sample and orange juice. If you wish anything else is extra and they push hard for it. I never gave in.

If the hotel wishes to contact me, please go ahead. I rather pay more and stay somewhere this issues make my stay more enjoyable. This hotel has lots of potential to be a great boutique hotel. It all about these little details. I am sure the employees are nice people and try hard but the management need to supervise these details and train their staff
Forgot to mention that sometimes I run out of hot water in the shower.

Basic, clean and friendly people  BUT.....a no go....

Checked in for 14 days and got a room fronting the street.
The noise from the street even at night wasn't even overcome by the 15 year old A/C, the bathroom was clean enough but very old and the showerhead needed a real cleaning. Surprisingly the Wireless internet worked remarkably well.
When asking for a room of less noise I was told that the only other room was without Internet???
I ended staying for only 2 nights and found a great deal at Santander Plaza.

Cheap hotel and it shows

The noise and pollution of the street in the rooms is excessive. The rooms are dirty and old. The bathroom was full of mold and smelled very bad, it seems they have problems with the drains. The owner is tall white hair creepy guy. On the only night I was there, I heard very strange things. I left the hotel the next day and looked for another.

Not even a rat could spend a night here

; We made this reservation based on the positive reviews,However, we  were very dissapointed. 
.After seeing the deplorable condition of the room we decided to stay that night and move out the next day.  We found the furnishing old, tired and peeling ,room dark ,window that doesn't open, bedding shamefully old tattered and appeared dirty, towels discolored, A/C That that was so noisy we had to immediately turn it off, Fridge that did not work, faucet was rusty, shower head was rusty with water stream barley dripping, there is no elevator, so luggages had to be carried up three the flight of stairs,  However, the lawn and outside was clean nicely kept. The staff was very helpful.The breakfast was mediocre.However, what was so horrible, was saved by an extremely helpful Alejandra a young woman in the hotel Restaurant, she not only spoke English, she found  us a safe and honest Taxi  Driver who spoke enough English to effectively communicated with us who took us, around for a very reasonable price  .What was so disappointing was honestly saved by Alejandra in the hotel restaurant..  
We selected this hotel based on the positive reviews. However, I think we need to be honest  in our evaluations, not only for other guests, but also for the owners so that they can fix the problems..,
