Very beautiful place with clean and spacious rooms. The location is ideal and the view spectacular. The staff is very helpful. Hot water and air condition. The breakfast was also very good and hat a variety of options. Very happy to have stayed here.

Stayed for 3nights in April, attracted by the location above the harbour. Lovely views from front balconies and not  noisy at night. Experienced a couple of early season issues which were professionally dealt with and kindly upgraded to a suite for our final night. The standard rooms are a bit basic but comfortable, suites fantastic with every luxury. Staff very friendly and efficient. Good breakfast,  especially the pastries.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Spetses island. Clean and comfortable rooms. Very nice bathroom and bed. Rooms with high technology. Very friendly and welcoming staff. It has also a great café on the ground floor. We will totally come again.

We have been staying at the Hotel Roumani for 26 years. We always ask for room 228 as it is our favourite - amazing views and a big room with a front facing balcony. 

It is a brilliant location and we love that you can hear the harbour in the morning. 

The family that own the hotel are very friendly and always welcoming.

Great value property , close to the Ferry , shops and restaurants of Spetses . Adequate neat clean rooms , comfy bed . Great for a short stay .

This was not our first time and it won't definitely be the last. Every year we visit this beautiful island and every time we return to Roumani Hotel and we don't regret it. Especially this year we were happy as there is a total renovation in almost all the rooms (a special note to the suites on the 2nd and 3rd floor, I wish we had booked those) and the breakfast was more upscaled than the previous years, a very pleasant surprise. It is situated in the best area of Dapia port having everything at the closest proximity. Shops, restaurants, cafes, s/m, bars even the stroll to the Old Harbour is not only close but very exploring and interesting. We are always fond of the people who work there, very polite and keen to help you. We travel all around the world and we pay attention to the details (Cleanliness, service, nice breakfast) that matter and are truly important to us. It is funny but this time we even noticed that they changed the amenities to a top quality and of course I told them. Very good!!!

AMAZING LOCATION

A special hotel

Every time in Roumani Hotel.

Quiet, clean, comfortable , air conditioned rooms right in the centre of town on the harbour wall. Staff were helpful and prices were reasonable. I would say it is a reasonable 3 star hotel so don’t expect the Hilton for this room rate. Very handy for an early ferry departure only a 100m away which is why we stayed here on our last night

Pleasant stay in the centre of town

We booked to stay for Easter and we were delighted with our choice. The hotel is bang on in the middle of all the action, so we could enjoy the festivities and move from one place to the other with ease. We enjoyed a clean, spacious and modern room and a very good night's sleep. I recommend for a visit in Spetses

Easter break in Spetses

Our stay in the Roumani Hotel was incredibly beautiful. We stayed for about 15 days, we enjoyed the wonderful seaview from our room every single day and we wished we never leave. The hotel is in a fantastic location giving you the opportunity to enjoy not only the beautiful view but an easy access to the beaches, restaurants, bars and cafes from early in the morning till late at night. It's not a luxury hotel but luxury hotels with rich breakfasts in Spetses are very expensive. I, personally, won't change it for anything. We love the island and we will be back next year as well.

Wonderful holidays

This is a great place to stay.  The staff are very friendly and accomadating. 
The breakfast and coffee in the morning are very nice also. 

There is seating outside overlooking the water. You can watch the ferry come and go while having something to eat or drink.  

Everything is in walking distance for shops and museums. There are motor bike rentals near by if you want to go around the island. 

The room itself was comfortable.  Had hot water and comfortable beds.  There was a nice balcony to sit on as well.

I recommend this Hotel.  It is a great place to stay.  We were there at the end of May and it was very quiet.  I imagine there is a lot more action in the summer months.

Beautiful View

The hotel is very central and the view over the harbour and the Peloponnese at the horizon is stunning. The level of English among the staff varies but they are all extremely helpful and nice. We were there at low season and we got our breakfast table served at the terrace outside. Lovely! And we could order virtually anything from toasts to yoghurt w honey. The coffee is fantastic! The only draw backs were that our particular room was on the small side for a double, the bathroom tiny and the shower even smaller, if possible :) Albeit very clean. Also, the hotel is right next to the church so if you are a light sleeper you might want to be sure you bring your earplugs. The bells woke us up in the morning but we fell back to sleep and weren't that bothered.
