The manager did NOT instruct his customers to keep the distance of at least 1.5 m distance between sunbeds on the beach. We kindly asked him to apply the standard and his response was that he does not want to get in a fightb with his illegal guests. Shame for him. Sacrificing public cents for some euros is not the right attitude. He will not see us back on his hotel beach.

Not a safe place to be

Top location of the hotel! In just a few steps you can get to the pool and from there directly to the turquoise beach. The room itself is clean, modernly furnished and spacious. Due to Corona there is only a la carte, but there is no way to be negative - even better. Everything is fresh and prepared locally. If special wishes, simply let the day before the event know so that it can be purchased fresh. Staff very casual but not intrusive in any case.

This is a great hotel.

Because of the uncertainty created by the pandemic it seemed that they don't want to invest too much for this season (which is understandable). Otherwise, the manager and the staff are friendly, the food, even you don't have many choices, is tasty, and the view is worth all the money, especialy if you will serve your dinner from the terace. All in all, if you are not too pretentious, you can have a nice holiday here.

Average hotel

Been there with my family and for a 3 star superior hotel it is very good and  we really liked it!  Definitely will be coming back to this hotel which seems to be the best! Thanks to all Management and Staff for the outstanding service!

Great service !

We first picked Al Mare hotel because it is literally a stone's throw from the sea, with a kids' pool, a beach bar conveniently placed next to it, and, it is pet friendly, which is important for us! The room size is bigger compared to most hotels on the Aegean coast, or maybe it seemed like that because it was so beautifully decorated to the smallest details! I loved staying here! And the food ... 10 points go to chef Juli :) 
Big thanks to all Al Mare team for your warm hospitality! I hope to see you again next summer

I was extremely happy with my stay, the food was perfect, the service exceptional, the beds comfy and the facilities more than adequate. All the staff I spoke with were helpful, friendly and very professional. A most comfortable stay! 
Very good rooms with lovely decor. Perfect  beach bar and amazing view.

Only good experience about Al Mare 'hotel' is a guy who was working at beachbar-Saki. He was only polite and kind with the guests and only who knows his job. In general everything else not value for the money.

Bad experience

Uncomfortable rooms equiped with oldfashion furniture.Dirty dishes and ripped chaisrs at restaurant, eggs, cheese and croissants for breakfast every single day,not hot water in the rooms every day. Managers are unkind, unfriendly,didnt even ask us if everything is ok as we were with 3 months baby.They asked for money on arraival and according the price we paid we were expecting much more decent accomodation.Less than 500 m far from Al Mare is hotel Azur. Great hotel for same value.

Never again

This house is certainly not a luxury hotel, and yet I would come again and again. We were invited to a wonderful wedding. Everything was perfectly organized, without stress, with a lot of feeling and hospitality. At all times you felt at home. It is right on the beach with a bar and plenty of beds. There is also a pool, but no one needs it. The food for the party was perfect, decoration, music, the bartender was great. The room was cleaned every day with sea view. Price/performance more than ok. Take a small bag and enjoy Greek hospitality.

Wedding party at the hotel

I had visited this hotel, because i wanted to make reservation. The hotel location is great close to the beach, the hotel is good for 3*, nothing special. Had the chance to see the rooms, they are medium size but clean, i like it.
After that we spend the day on their beach, everything was good till the arrogant “POLICE” guy in yellow t-shirt from the bar came to us and started yelling at us and asked us to open our personal bag so he can check what it is inside. After that he told us that is not allowed to bring drinks and food from outside. I had told him that we are first time here and that we didn’t know that(didn’t have any sign anywhere). He convinces me 100% that he had sow me yesterday in the hotel and i that i already knew their rules. Which was not true!!! Told me not to come tomorrow and forbidding me never to come again!!!! Also he wanted to trow the special water bottle which the hotel guests were taken for their little baby!!!!!! After this unpleasant situation and humiliation by some unimportant guy i will never book at this hotel!!! Very very unprofessional, unfriendly, arrogant guy which loses the potential customer and current guests with that UGLY behavior. It was enough normal to told us that is forbidden after all we are humans and will understand!!! Didn’t recommend this hotel to anyone !!!! 0*!!!!!!
