Beautiful .... Worth a visit. Lovely parks, museum and river as well as a quaint old town. Nice riverside restaurants and coffee shops. Lovely spired old church which you can climb to the top for 3 euro. Take time to walk around and browse the many gift shops and places of interest. The restaurant in the museum is excellent and the plum cake is a local delicacy and so tasty. Prices are very reasonable and the staff are also friendly. Easy to get to with many interesting areas of interest around the town. Take a warm pullover or jacket as it is often quite windy as it is on the coast.
