Stayed for 5 nights in May in our motorhome, lovely site, pitches were quiet & large. Nice welcome, lovely on site restaurant, kayaking & fishing on the river or lake. Not the best area for cycling. Supermarket close by. Staff knowledge not quite there, missing information for visits, didn’t know best cycling routes (sent on busy roads when could have gone where there was a cycling lane), couldn’t organise fishing license, sorted ourselves in the end, suspect that will improve as season progresses.
