Very well furnished accommodation in an old private hotel and ideally located, just a few steps from the ducal palace and the tower of Philip the Good. The kitchen is very well furnished, everything is very clean and very functional. Decoration made with taste. Quiet and luxurious. Highly recommended!

It's exceptional.

This apartment has everything: the kitchen is complete.  Moreover, Françoise will supply a delicious breakfast on request.  The terrace is cozy. You can walk everywhere in the city—to all important tourist points of interest.  The living room also has a table for eating and a comfy sofa for relaxing.  Françoise supplies guidebooks to the Dijon and writes her own advice for the tourist.

Well-Situated apartment, with well-appointed kitchen plus little courtyard

This was my second stay at this apartment and I'll go back again! Steps away from the Place de la Liberation, museums, shopping and plenty of great restaurants. The apartment itself is terrific. We were 2 adults and the extra bedroom we used for luggage/changing, but it would work great for a couple with two kids or a girls weekend as well. I love the enclosed patio and was only sorry the weather was a bit chilly this trip. We went to the market and cooked dinner in one night.  The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need. Hosted by Francoise was a delight. She pointed out some new restaurants and other places to see. She was available but not intrusive. Lastly, I made a big mistake and left a pair of my favorite boots in the apartment, discovered when we arrived at our next stop - 5 hours away! A quick email to Francoise and she located them and mailed them to me in the USA! They arrived before we got home! Now that is great service!! I cannot recommend this flat highly enough! Very reasonable and very comfortable!

Awesome -spacious and cannot beat the location!

We can thoroughly recommend this place to stay. Hosted by Francoise. You are welcomed and shown around the flat with all its great amenities. A map is provided complete with all places to dine, visit and shop. Plus tour ideas. 

Dijon is small so you can take your time strolling around this beautiful town. Perhaps take a wine or heritage tour around the beautiful Burgundy region. 

The flat, very comfortable complete with excellent wifi, kitchen with microwave, hot plate, dishwasher and more. Great shower and bathroom facilities. Safe, walk in robe and lovely comfortable bed. Plenty of room to relax. 

Location is right in the centre of town but also quiet. 
We will be back. 

Jewel in Dijon

Very clean apartment, very well furnished and ideally located. Françoise knows her city well and gives good advice on essential visits. I played tourists for 3 days while my daughter worked and I had a crush on Dijon. The only small bemool: no private parking, parking spaces are paid because very few free places around...and a tip: make your commissions at the Casino next to the Halls: clean establishment, good quality and the cheapest in the whole city;-) (even for mortarders;)

Ideal location within walking distance of the Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy

I recommend this address. These are several apartments of different sizes within walking distance of the Place de la Libération, in a super quiet street. We were staying at Saint Fiacre. Small but elaborately decorated and with a lot of taste. The reception is very warm.

Better than a hotel

We had a lovely four-day stay in Dijon, and this apartment was a wonderful home during our visit. Francoise Perrichet was a great host, very friendly, accommodating. Her recommendations for Dijon were excellent. She even gave some advice on running / jogging trails in the city. The apartment was well furnished, comfortable, well-maintained, and is in a fantastic location. Highly recommended.

Lovely apartment, well-located, fantastic host

We were staying at the house of the Fremyots, near the Place de la Liberté and therefore the old Dijon Historique. A studio well arranged especially at the kitchen level. Two steps from the Place de la Liberté, museums. The apartment at the back of the courtyard is quiet, but maybe a little dark. The hostess is very pleasant, she is very friendly and good advice.

close to the centre, very well equipped kitchen

We spent two nights in the Compassur apartment. The location is ideal, two steps from the center, but in a very quiet little street, which avoids noise. I still have a lot of trouble finding sleep when I'm far from home, but in this apartment, no problem, because it feels like home. The equipment is top-of-the-line, there's nothing missing! The decoration is impeccable, a skillful blend of styles and materials. Most of all, we're next to the owners, so they're there at any problem. Thanks to Louis and his patience, when our box made its own... Perfect, we'll be back!!!

It's a very good idea!!!

We were staying on Admiral's Street in this nicely decorated and functional studio. Ideally located near the old town it is an extra place to play with tourists. The hospitable and arranging owner is not lacking in advice. It is nice to find grocery grounds, toiletries and towels in sufficient numbers. Radiator heating is essential for those who do not know how to handle the wood stove. In this case, it can get cold in the winter... We could have put an excellent note if we had not picked up a sum of small maintenance work to do. Details that accumulated could in the long run throw away some visitors....
