23 reviewsThis is our third trip to Bazas, staying at Le Rodin and we so look forward to when we can return again. The hotel is lovely a very short walk to the historic main square with all the restaurants. Very conveniently located opposite a free town car park. There is also a laundry next door if required. It is exceptionally clean and quiet. Le Rodin has been fully renovated. The rooms are beautifully decorated very spacious and modern. There is everything you could want in the room for a relaxed comfortable stay. The guests have use of a nice library/ lounge room as well as the dining room downstairs where tea and coffee can be made. The continental breakfast is delicious fresh baguette, your choice of pastry, juice, yoghurt, freshly made fruit salad. There is provision to boil an egg and of course tea and fresh brewed coffee on offer. Le Rodin is owned and managed by a very lovely lady Fenella and if you’re lucky you may get to meet her gorgeous dog Power as well. Her staff are a delight as well and nothing is too much trouble. In our case we were cycle touring so could safely store our bikes inside a room next to reception. There is also a bike shop less than 200 metres from the property if spares or repairs needed.
