Hotel Windsor

My girlfriend and I went to quito to the Kiss 40th Anniversary Tour Concert, we had the best time in this hotel, staff is 5 stars, breakfast is included in the hotel Cafe, there are a lot of nice restaurants around at walking distance and you can also rent a bicycle less than a block away and ride around the area, the room has a big jacuzzi. we stayed for 10 nights and we dont have any complain, you see people around fixing and cleaning everyday.

I didn't want to leave!!

Big rooms, but too old. It seems that they haven't done any reconstruction for a long time. I wouldn't say that it is a 4 star hotel. More likely 3 stars. What i really disliked - there was no hot water. I know it is a problem in Latin America but I think they should have boilers for hot water in hotels which are made for foreigners. 
It was not an expensive hotel so it didn't give me any good emotions. It was just like...nothing special. Rather clean but too old. 
P.S. WiFi worked really bad.

Nothing special

The front desk people were very friendly and helpful when it came to carrying our luggage and informing us on where to go around town and getting a cab.  However...be prepared to walk up multiple flights of stairs to your room with your luggage!  There is air conditioning and a television as well as wifi in the rooms.  Be aware of which side of the building you are on....the walk signal will keep you up ALL night!

Exercise!

Stayed here for 2 nights during our stay in quito. If you can, stay somewhere else. Very overpriced for the value you get- it is 55$ /night, and is worth no more than 20. The front desk was very friendly, but it took 30 minutes to get one towel delivered. The bath tub was filled with mold and there was a blood spot in the tub too. Had to shower with flip flops and sleep on top of the cover. 

Needs alot of work

This hotel is far,far away from a 4 stars Hotel! No elevator faulty equipments,bad locks on the room's doors,noisy and not so proper.
Wi fi works poorly and the TV on my room was out of service..
When I claimed I was told that it was working before my arrival..upon my insistance I was threatned to be charged for the damage as I was the main suspect for the faulty equipment!!!!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
