A very pleasant place to stay. The owners/staff were good. Tram service cheap and regular. Breakfast was always good. The room was well appointed and had a well kept appearance. If you're in a car, parking may be an issue. Not sure if on street parking is a given, but we were always able to park right outside the door.

We stayed three nights in this Penzion in the Branik area of Prague. A little far from the centre but a short 20 min tram ride to it. The owner is personally involved in everything , answering all your queries by mail before you arrive, welcoming you personally on arrival with welcome drinks and home made cakes. He provides you with a brief overview of sightseeing in Prague. Also provides you with team tickets. Personally serves you breakfast which is adequate and varied everyday, with something home made on the menu. 
Rooms are adequate and very clean. Adequate storage space with safe in the room. No tea maker though, but he provides this with a small extra cost. A small minibar and fridge in the room. Bath has shower and hair drier. Water pressure and hot water is good. The difference was the personal touch. Highly recommend this place

First off there is free parking if you are driving. And it is easy to drive to being that it in the Prague  “burbs”. The place is in a quiet neighborhood and is run by a very nice, friendly family. Three of the four speak english if needed.  Janna spent a year in the states. Our room was spacious and clean with a mini-bar. The bathroom was modern and well-kept. There is a small courtyard which I assume can be used to relax outside if desired. Breakfast is included and is ample. It is a ways (about 3.5 miles) from old town Prague but is easily reached by the tram which is a 10 minute walk from the residence. Once downtown, one can catch a tram to all the sights or walk. Don’t drive to downtown! The trams system is fast and on-time and they run frequently; Usually not more than a five minute wait during the day. Research which stops you need ahead of time and you’ll be fine. Tram tickets can be bought at the residence. There are places to eat and small stores for supplies in the neighborhood on the way to/from the tram stop. Never really used the tram tool in google maps before but it is *very* handy both in Prague and Munich. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and do hope to come back to Prague.

We had great time in Praque. Our rooms were big, clean and warm.
The neighbourhood is very quiet an safe.
Mr Jan and his wife (hotel owners) are lovley people. 
They were very helpful/ they  gave us all necessary info about the trams, metro ant the city itself.

Location a bit far away from town but can reach Old Town by tram service. Walking distance about 5-10 minutes from tram station. There are a lots of mini mark & restaurant nearby. Comfort room & provided by breakfast. No kettle inside room but they will provide a pot of hot water upon request.  You can change the Europe note to CZK from their staff & they have provided good rate instead the rate from airport.
