I didn't get the chance to use everything it offers 100% because my accommodation was short... However, I can guarantee that it has everything necessary to cook... kitchen utensils, kitchenware, dishwashers etc. (including I could see a mini BBQ). The apartments are really spacious and comfortable, have all the lingerie. The bathroom is also very spacious. All the fit and facilities as such are very clean. It is a super quiet place, has a swimming pool with chairs to rest. The super friendly staff, and willing to help you with what you need to say. The location could not be whether it is or not because it was only a good 1 day, but I realize that we arrived super fast to Mambo Beach and the Airport. The truth is, I am very pleased with the quality, good price/relationship. And that was the most pleasant thing about my wife and attention due to me.

All right, all right.

I stayed in this apartment for two weeks with my family. The apartment is large and updated. Beautiful tile floors, flat screen tv, and tons of space. It has a full kitchen and air condition in the bedrooms. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are cooled down by strong breezes that enter the apartment because it is on a hill. The only negatives were they needed better quality linens, kitchen utensils, and the shower drain needs to drain faster. They did try to fix the drain immediately (which was great) and there was improvement, so hopefully in the future that can be totally improved.  The owners of the apartments were extremely helpful with everything. They answered all of our questions and were easily accessible. The kitchen was full and had all of the appliances needed. The location is a 10 minute drive from Punda (main city). The location is ideal because there is a local supermarket and a few restaurants within a 10 min walk or 3 minute drive. The location is safe and quiet. I was able to come and go at anytime and always felt safe. Also the apartment has an awesome view with front and back balcony. This is a great apartment and I definitely think you should stay there especially if you have a large family.

Beautiful Apartment

Travelling for work for a few days I stayed at The Advantage Apartments and was glad I did. The Apartments are all brand new and well appointed with new furniture, kitchen and bath facilities. The apartment is comfortable and the air conditioning is more than suitable for the space. I was there on one of the hottest days of the year (it's never really too hot anyway) and the rooms were perfect. But best of all is Hendrick. Without a doubt, Hendrick went beyond the call, helping me with all kinds of work related tasks, ferrying me from airports, to meetings, to events. He is just an amazing and super nice guy and he will do whatever it takes to make your stay more pleasant. The property still needs some work on the landscaping, but this is being done and if the it is done to the standard of the rest of the build, it will be perfect. This is not a beach apartment but perfect for the business traveller or small family looking for a bargain.
