All Colombian citizens, regardless of the length of their stay, and all foreigners who stay in the country for at least 60 consecutive days, are required to pay a national sales tax (19%) on their accommodation during their stay. Foreign citizens with a tourist visa are exempt from paying this tax. If the person subject to tax and another person exempt from tax share the same room, the rate may be applied to the entire room.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Food & beverage services at this property may be limited or unavailable due to Coronavirus (COVID-19). In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. Please note that the property has a dog and cat as house pets. Please note that children cannot be accommodated in the property. Check in is before 10 PM without extra charges; check in between 22:00 and 24:00 incurs in charge of COL$30.000 and check in between 24:00 and 8:00 incurs in extra charge of COL$40.000 Note that cleaning services are provided daily except on Sundays. In order to preserve the environment and save water, towels are changed every other day, whereas bed linens are changed every 4 days.
