In this hostel you are part of the family,  they will cook breakfast for you and they know all about you further travelling options. The staff is really polite and helpful, the beds and bathrooms are quite good. 

I am not sure I understand all the bad reviews, as I had wonderful stays here both on my way to and back from Chiloe. The owner is incredibly kind and was sure to give me any food and travel pointers I needed. The bed and bathroom were clean and what you would expect from a hostel. The owner even makes you breakfast in the morning free of charge. Very close to the municipal bus terminal, which will get you anywhere you need to go.

We were by bikes & we just asked her if we can let our bikes in the garden for the day eventhough we hadnt sleep in her backpacker (we saw the lady in the street) & she accepted directly. We talk with people from this backpack & they were really happy to be here. She would like to sell it but you can still sleep there. I recommend it!

This is a really nice place for those who want quiet and great hosts. Veronica and her husband are amazing! They are super friendly and can help out with any questions you've got about the area. Also, one of them will cook your breakfast plus make coffee in the morning, a great touch!! While I was here I was the only person in the hostel so maybe if it's busier it might be different but for me this place was really good!!

A Good Place to Stay in Puerto Montt

Lovely!

The place is clean and near the Terminal, but the owner is rude, bossy and very intrusive. There is a kitchen, but you can't use it. You can't even use the boiler for coffee or tea. This place isn't even cheap, so please, look for an other hostel.
