Incredible property to visit and stay in Grand Cayman!

We had a wonderful stay at hotel Indigo.  The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs all week!!!  Property was clean and the beach club was a fantastic place to spend the day!

My wife and I spent 4 nights here, money well spent. Top notch service, not only in the hotel and their restaurants, but also at their partner establishments. We had a bay view 1 bedroom suite. Very spacious and new. Housekeeping did a great job. All staff members were delightful, made for a good experience. Walk to the beach wasn't too long, and the beach staff at Bonny Moon were very friendly. Would recommend.

I absolutely loved this hotel. Not only is it beautiful but they have the most amazing staff. Starting with the valet, those are so nice and efficient when we needed to get our rental car or when they helped with bags checking in and checking out. Amazing front desk staff. Housekeeping was a well oiled machine, they were so sweet and accommodating. This hotel is the sister hotel to the Seafire next door. I love that place too, but Indigo has more of a chill vibe. The grounds are perfect, like no plant or flower is out of place and the pool was breathtakingly beautiful. We spent most of our time at the beach during the day. Seven Mile Beach is heaven on earth!

Outstanding stay! Five star experience in all aspects. Brand new property with all the latest style and technology providing a very restful sleep, all accommodations and common spaces are super clean. Service is top notch in all areas. Excellent meal options similar high quality as the best restaurants in the island. Beach service was very attentive with excellent staff.

This property was perfect for our family of 4!  We ordered the suite so the kids could sleep on the sofa bed and we had a separate room. Our room featured 2 balconies that faced the Harbor and it was perfect.  Hotel Indigos staff was accommodating right away including an early check in when we arrived and late check out departing.  We were greeted with a very informative email regarding the amenities and excursions with contact information, prices and how to book.  We chose snorkeling, sting ray and starship and it was perfect!  The beach was a 3 minute walk just across the street!  In between our hotel and beach was a beach volleyball court and workout area! The 7 mile beach is everything you would imagine it to be.  We walked and walked for a long period of time and there were no peddlers out hassling us at any point.  It was very easy and convenient to get settled in our chairs and towers on the beach!  The water was perfect, the sand was great and it was just all pretty picturesque!  Amazing to walk on a beach without any rocks or shells scattered and definitely no seaweed of any sort.   We have been to St Lucia, Bahamas, St Maarrten, Trinidad and Maui and I this in a dead tie with Maui for best beach and sand combo. Really enjoyed the beach!

This beautiful new property excelled in all areas! We were warmly greeted upon arrival and throughout our stay the staff went out of their way to make it a perfect stay! The breakfast buffet was expansive and delicious! The front desk was only a text message away if we had any questions. “Big Mac”, was a gracious manager who personally called us on day 2 to make sure everything was to our liking. We were so impressed with each of the restaurants, the clean and comfortable rooms, the beautiful pool and the beach club! There is nothing negative to say about this amazing property! I cannot wait to return!

The beach club beach access does have issues with public beach and cruise ship access. The volume of people was very high during our trip. The beach club was renting Hotel Indigo chairs to cruise ship visitors which caused slower service for guest and less beach access. The area for swimming had increased traffic 10-4 due to cruise ship traffic in the hotel indigo beach area.

Hotel facilities and a room were very nice and clean. Service was great. Downsides: breakfast buffet was available only during weekends. View from swimming pool was not very beautiful (overlooking parked cars) Beach was noisy due to the loud music from the restaurant (the worst thing to me). Location is not as convenient as hotels in the middle or Southern part of the island. Recommend to rent a car to go to groceries and restaurants.

My husband and I traveled for a short stay - 4 nights. The service was impeccable. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The concierge wrisha was amazing and she planned and scheduled our dinners and activities that did not disappoint. The beach is a very short walk ( 2 minutes) and absolutely beautiful. They will set you up with chairs and umbrellas.

Heaven on earth

This is a hotel which was recently constructed , has beach access and 5 star service from the moment you walk in.  You are greeted with a refreshing Juice and cold towel to cool off with.  Restaurants in hotel and the 10th floor Pom Pon lounge all serve amazing food options!  We would definitely stay here again.

My stay at the hotel indigo was absolutely amazing, I didn't want to leave. The staff we're so friendly and attentive. The Catalina restaurant had absolutely amazing food as well as the Azure breakfast buffet. You won't be disappointed in any of your meal options there. This was a anniversary/birthday trip and this was the best experience which made the trip even more memorable. The views were absolutely amazing. The pool was so relaxing to sit by and drink a fresh coconut. The hot tub was so relaxing and you could see the beach and sunsets.The close proximity of the beach was great! I definitely recommend staying here
