The staff at check in were very understanding when I expressed my need for a second floor room (which is what I booked and was initially told was not available). This was addressed and rectified before there was a problem simply by listening to the customer. I love a staff member who can problem solve AND the Colleague, within earshot completely supportive! Something I have noticed sliding since the pandemic. Well, the Kanata Comfort Inn is bringing back Customer Service 🙌
