Mansion from the '70s adapted for hostel. Very quiet street. With beautiful gardens and woods all around. Although it's in a very central location of the city.

In my opinion, the most important thing in a hotel/hostel is cleanliness, and that's why I only give one star for it to be hosted. We didn't know Blumenau, and when we searched by hotel/hostel and looked at the pictures of the stone house, I found it very interesting and I booked for two nights When I got to the place, really the Outer part and everything that appears in the photos, very nice hostel, but unfortunately the rooms leave a lot to be desired. We booked for two days, we arrived on Friday at 10:00 and we left on Saturday morning at 10:00 much earlier than planned. We took the room in the nursery 3, the moisture and dust cheeks in that room were so bad that I could only sleep for three hours, then I woke up with a sigh and this strong moisture cleaning that came out of the bathroom when it was not only hot.

Nice out but dirty rooms with mold and dust

This inn is a large mansion that divided the rooms to accommodate the guests. Although it is a very quiet area, on the hill and virtually without neighbors, the noise of indoor traffic is high over a few rooms and therefore very little traffic. It is a high value for what it offers, breakfast is simple but nothing is lacking. It has car parking but it may be necessary to climb the hill to get to the inn. The style is unique, very colonial

Place of accommodation

The hostel was once a high-end house, now adapted for hostel. The location is great, on the street without exit and at high altitude. A quiet place, good to rest. The facilities are simple but perfectly in accordance with the daily value. Highly recommended!

Quiet in a cozy environment

Excellent service and facilities. Full and delicious breakfast. I come to Blumenau every week for work and my choice of accommodation is always for this hostel. It's an old house with classic décor, a super homey atmosphere, gardens full of foliage, in one of the rooms that I stay from time to time has an incredible view of the tops of some trees. The other room that I always stay in has a view of the city, but it's giant, it has a salty joint and even being big it's very cozy. The internet works very well for work. The cleaning is excellent. A very dedicated team to meet any specific needs I recommend!

Excellent hostel with very special service. Very attentive people with all the details to make you feel at home and they get a lot done. Beautiful and simple house! Very good price. The hostel is on a dead end street and close to many trees and greenery, which makes the experience even tastier!

That's great.

The Pousada is located in a quiet residential area of Blumenau. The exit from the Bundesstraße runs over a hill that my Ka only managed in the first corridor. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was very good and the excursion tips were a hit. Most other guests stayed only one night, but Blumenau and the surrounding area are well worth a visit for several days.

On the hill

The hostel has a privileged location on the hill overlooking the city, has a beautiful garden and house, old but modern at the same time.The only thing that I regret is that the air conditioning does not cool much and there is no closet to store clothes properly, so everything is fine.
