I was staying in it to participate in the Blumenau Marathon, another 8,000 athletes moving the city this weekend. I traveled to Brazil doing street racing trials, it's never happened to me that a hotel didn't anticipate their breakfast in half an hour so that we could eat before we left, at the café door, a security guard standing in line so that no one could enter and the coffee was ready and exposed on the table at the bottom, the worst after the test I could take a bath, the claim that at 11:30 I had to clean, the day before they didn't even clean the room that was there.

One-off experience

With the exception of the remarkable attendance by the staff, and a comfortable bed, everything else is somewhat sufferable. The air conditioning is the old walls and the cold air wasn't working, just the ventilation and the hot air that definitely wasn't the case to use. The building is old and it's noticeable that no effort has been made to improve this perception over the years. You don't even have a bathroom furniture to support your personal hygiene utensils, it's a nice place and you have to turn around with it. The fridge was off the fridge when we got there, so you have to wait for it to freeze your stuff to freeze to the temperature you want.

It could be better

For us it was a pleasant surprise, a very good location, very good reception service, a diverse and high-quality breakfast, and we stayed in the Master Suite and made sure we had chosen the best hotel to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary.

Great location and excellent master suite

The hotel is right in the centre of the city, surrounded by numerous restaurants and excellent level, plus bars, pubs and other attractions such as the cathedral and a very active trade. You can enjoy the city on foot. My arrival at the hotel was terrible, because I came from Lages and took the Br 470, which was a garbage. Not to mention I arrive in Blumenau on Friday at 6pm... oh my God... what a chaotic traffic the city has. And it was with this spirit that I arrived at the hotel. But the boys of the service, with their kindness, education and charity, quickly changed my mood. I managed to get them to stay one more night, convincing me to stay because of the street party that was happening during the next day, the refurbishment of the hotel.

A great surprise

The best part of the hotel is the location, without a doubt, almost in front of the Cathedral, the Castle of Havan, the historic street, bars, restaurants and city views. The hotel is older and has been renovated, there are still some things that need to be improved, but the service was good, the breakfast was good and there is manned parking on site.

Central location

Hospitality isn't a priority. Give preference to other options in the city. The facilities are old and uncared for. Hygiene leaves you wanting.

Not recommended

We always hosted our representatives in the old Mansiones Hotel, which is now called Hotel Europa. For years, we never had any problems. But yesterday we hosted our team of representatives in Europe and we were poorly served.

Poor attendance

Hotel Europa Blumenau is simply wonderful. Very well located, reception and service note 10, room with impeccable bedding and bathroom, room view to the cathedral is a one-on-one show, not to mention the breakfast that closed our stay with a golden key.

It's wonderful.

Excellent hotel, if we consider the cost-x-benefit ratio! Great location, very good apartments, good quality bedding and bathroom. Parking. Excellent cleanliness. On the 11th floor you have an overview of the city. It is close to restaurants, shops, general commerce and well-maintained bars (I recommend Your Pig).

I recommend it!

The reception on arrival was the difference, the owner Mr. Andrey and his extremely cordial staff... impeccable room, wonderful breakfast... and the room alteration and furnishing requested by my husband, you did so with great affection, which allowed us to close our travel days in commemoration of our Golden Key Wedding Anniversary... an eternal moment in our hearts! Thank you for all care and affection! Soon we will return to enjoy this wonderful place in the heart of Blumenau!
