177 reviewsThe pousada is run by two Italians who are great hosts and do a great job together! Mariangela is very responsive, she will answer all your questions right away and communication is a breeze. Marco, besides being the co-owner of the hotel, also is in charge of organizing touristic trips nearby and he is a great guide! They both know the region very well and can give you great tips about it. The room is airy, well kept and clean. The bathroom is spacious and everything is clean and neat. They also offered us coffee with cookies for a delicious afternoon snack and we really appreciate it! What a great touch! The breakfast is really superb, several itens, great homemade food, everything is served on the table and they have a banana tapioca to die for! The beach is beautiful, quiet waters with reefs right in front of the pousada. Like every other beach in the Northeast, it can get quite noisy. Despite that, the location of the pousada is great, far from the downtown noise, right on the beach sand (there are just some beach shacks between the pousada and the water), very silent at night, we had no problem at all. I was delighted to see that, because a silent place on the beach is not easy to find nowadays...
