Let's start saying that on booking.com the name i Sucremanta, but the name on the street Is Maya Inn (check the reviews under this name) So... we booked through booking few days ago to stay for 3 nights. We send them a message asking if we could have left the bags earlier and the only answer we received was the address and that we should have checked the check in policies. Wasn't easier to answer? Then I send another message specifying that I just wanted to leave the bags and they didn't answer answer. At the end I arrived there at 5am to leave the bags and a super impolite woman told me that they do not work with booking anymore and so was impossibile that our reservation was not confirmed. Then she asked me how much it was. I showed her my phone with the booking and she told me "OK, I will give u a room, but you have to pay one more night, because because it's early early check-in and because I'm working for you at 5 am, getting cold..". So I told her and another aggressive man, that was behind her, that I would not pay just to leave my bags, so the man came in front and closed the door in my face. End of the the story: at 5 am, with a 3yo baby, I had to look for another room. Never in my life I have been treated this way.

The staff woke me up with my girlfriend and me in the middle of the night with a flashlight on our face, and we woke up scared and confused, asking for explanations why they had woken us up, and they started laughing, screaming and creating a situation we still didn't understand, but it was very unpleasant, we think they wanted to enter our private room expecting no one to be there, but they met us... I would also like to highlight how unfriendly the owners were with us at all times, from the time we arrived until we left. They didn't let us leave our suitcases in the hostel, the first time we passed, when we were desperate travelers. At no time did they ask for forgiveness for us in the middle of the night.

Aggressive property owners and HOSTALs are VERY degradable!!!

First we were put in a room with a hole in the mattress (what were the hostel owners expecting?!)! Then we were given a room with a sold mattress and old bedding. On the walls and ceiling there are mold. It's awfully cold. The shower is combined with the toilet and beats Tom when you try to open or close the water! Breakfast is a piece of bread oiled with varnish and a cup of coffee. It's even a shame to call it breakfast. The owners do what they want. They decided that we're not being polite enough and cancelled our booking in the booking, texting us to get you out of the room in the middle of the night!!! And we just refused to buy them water much more expensive!! Better pay a couple of dollars for it than stay here.

It's the worst place in the world!

We had a minimum price directly at the hostel and therefore no comparison according to the good price of the place as it is among the cheapest in the city and of good quality.There are extra options for breakfast if you prefer it like American and others.

It is possible to get a discount if you go directly to the hostel.

This hostel had the worst staff and service. The sign said 5 boliviano for laundry under 3 kilograms, but the night before we left they changed it to a new sign that said 6 boliviano per kilogram. We did laundry on the first day. The young girl working in the hostel weighed our laundry, which was 2 kilograms. I handed her a 10 to pay and she handed me a 5 back. If it had actually cost more then she shouldn't have given me money back. When we checked out four days later the owner told us we owed him 15 boliviano for laundry. I explained that no we paid 5 and they changed the sign. His math wasn't even adding up. He and his wife ran to the door and pushed us out of the way as we were leaving to try and lock us in the hostel. The owners wife hit me multiple times in the back of my head with the keys to the door and pulled my hair while the man shoved my husband and tried to shut the door on us. He also tried to take  my phone out of my hand as leverage to keep us there while his wife was hitting me. Once we finally got them off of us and out of the hostel he harrassed us down the street for 20 minutes as we tried to get away from them. The photo is of the owner following us down the street. 

Other notes: the bed was very uncomfortable and the shower was not good. Hostelworld said that towels and breakfast were included, but they said they weren't. I had to show them their own listing and they still were not happy to give them to us. The breakfast was not good. She just put two cold eggs on a plate that I saw in the kitchen just sitting on the counter already cooked on a plate and gave to us with bread. 

I would never stay here.

cool and good perfect for my budget and compared with other places of sucre this is very good for services and cheap in the zone is a residential part of the town recommended ensuite rooms was with flat screen tv

It seemed good to me since I previously looked for a lot among other accommodations this had a good price for my budget which was fantastic because it had everything and the house is small and cozy.

Very good private bathroom tv LED wifi has breakfast towels, hand soap and is in a very quiet area away from the noise.

I booked a room, it was confirmed by and they emailed me next day saying it's unavailable. I checked on apps and rooms seemed to be available at a higher price.

They cancelled a booking.

This place is a very good between the cheap hostels in sucre... clean rooms good wi fi enough kitchenette small and equiped tv available with english channels ... the showers hot 24 hours near to the recoleta
