Charming hotel, great view of the Meuse, big porch to have a great breakfast, very spacious room with perfect bedside table, absolute peace, a very nice address and a super jovial boss!

Charming little hotel on the edge of Meuse

We occupied room 8 on the 2nd floor, next to Meuse. Room decorated with a lot of taste, impeccable cleanliness. Common kitchen on the ground floor, where various drinks are available for a fee.

We had a great stay at Villa Gracia. The villa turns 100 years old next year and has many authentic features of the time. The grounds are big and beautiful and the rooms are so spacious! They are also dog friendly (10 euros/night extra)— our Bernese Mountain Dog loved running in the back yard. There’s a nice pedestrian walking path right behind the property that follows the river and you can walk/run to Namur (6km away) or if you really want to, all the way to Dinant (18km away). There’s a Carrefour very close by (less than 3km away) and access to lots of restaurants. The Villa itself is in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything. There are a few reviews stating that the hotel is outdated and yes, it does not have modern decor but it keeps theme with its age. There’s also an old style lift so no worries about bags if you’re staying on an upper floor.

Beautiful 100 yr old villa that is dog friendly, great location 

A nice and warm welcome, you feel like you're coming to a friend's house A superb hotel makes it a rather beautiful residence in a park by the Meuse. A beautiful suite furnished with taste and refinement, a beautiful terrace overlooking the Meuse, very spacious with a living room and a very large bathroom. Nothing lacks everything is perfect.

A getaway from Wépion for a friend's birthday

Magnificent villa on the edge of the Meuse. Magnificent garden! I start with the end: lunch! Absolutely not to miss! At the top! Let's go back to the beginning: very simple and friendly reception. Very spacious and comfortable room with stunning views of the park and the Meuse. A little bemool on the TV opposite the bed... my eyes are no longer as efficient (but it's just to say big negative). The hotel is charming and is quite confusing even though it's on the side of the road.

One night for work

Magic place. We booked the little suite. A beautiful balcony overlooking the fair, a bathroom with a corner tub. A lot of space. Comfortable bed. A mini bar. A strong trunk. We took the little deer too. It's royal. You have it for your money.

It's great.

Generous, very clean rooms. Bathroom with bathtub and windows. Very nice owner and very thoughtful. Breakfast was very good and special requests were immediately responded to. Parking right by the house. Walks right by the river are possible - access right through the park

the place got potential, but it's not four stars place. maybe in 90', but not anymore. the place really needed updating. 

the host lady is so nice and really helpfull. but maybe she could smoke outside..

four stars -REALLY?

This authentic old villa that has large rooms however it is definitely not 4 stars. The pricing for a stay is not at today's market pricing. Probably years ago this structure was correct,  but not these days. 
This however paints an unclear picture of the hospitality the staff extend. The welcome on arrival  was warm, but we were left to our own divices as no food is available  in the evenings. We would also of benefited from an explaition of the services on offer. As an example we had no idea ther was a hotel bar, for instance. 
Another point is that the main door is permanently locked so you have to phone to get someone to let you in, why not give guests a key?
Breakfast however was of a high standard, good choice, plenty of coffee. All taken overlooking the Meuse river. 
A stay here is like staying with your grandparents, all very cosy, but the house & gardens needs a refurbishment.

Back to the future?

The hotel is located in a very, very large house on the edge of Meuse. The room was magnificent! Very large, with beautiful and bright furniture.
