We were there in April 2013, late in the season, and the terrace was very sunny. The apartment was very clean and modern. The morning walk to the lifts took only a couple of minutes. The garage was very spacious, but you could also park outside. The view from the lower floor bedrooms was limited, but the living room had a great view of the village and the mountains. On the down side, the WIFI was very limited (the price was high and the limit too low - we used up our 3-day WIFI pass in just one day).
