The entrance & bar area is  tasteful and nicely set up,  but service and food definitely requires an upgrade. For a Vegetarian burger they offered a Barbecue Sauce with a flavor of smoked ham. The bun and lettuce was completely soaked and half of the fries was raw. When the waitress asked how the dish was and I explained the situation she shrugged with the shoulders and cleared the table. The lady at the reception was also not interested in our complaint. Since we are talking about a respective hotel they should show interest in their guests and take the concerns seriously. The food was rather 2 stars and not really digestible. 


Design meets mediocre food&service

Top hotel - great location overlooking the train station - spa area mega - very good service - rooms are beautiful - great swimming pool - good food, great choice - perfect for relaxing! Everything you need to just enjoy!

Let the soul roam and enjoy!

A great hotel, facilities, free parking, an activity programme, massage, lymphatic drainage, food and staff - all great! However: rooms in the main house - with superb train views - unfortunately very bright (talks in the next room understandable). And: WiFi hardly works; only in the spa area and also rather moderately. If it gets even better, I'd love to come back.

All top, but with worm droppings

We were in fourth place in the motel. The food, spa and the location of the hotel with a great view were great. The hotel service team is very friendly and cheerful. The spa has plenty of space! The plastic pillows and the bright-eyed rooms (in the old part of the hotel) were not so nice. Also, the WiFi was bad (in the spa was ok). I think we'll come back, but then we'll book in the new building.

Old vs. new hotel complex

It's a great view and a very nice spa area. It was there a few years ago and now the escape area has been greatly expanded. It's an oasis to feel comfortable. The reception is a little friendly and also the food, which was ok but in relation to the price you expect a little more.

Wonderful spa oasis with great views

We can only recommend the hotel, we had great days! The spa area was very large but we never felt overcrowded. Despite the presence of several families with small children, we always had the necessary rest to relax. The staff are very hardworking and always friendly and hospitable.

The best hotel in Lermoos.

The first impression was top. The entrance area was noble and well-maintained, the outdoor pools and halls as well as the adult only area were very nice and well-maintained. We were surprised to see that German was broken and several questions could only be answered by drawing a colleague. Upgrading from a garden suite to a spa suite was very pleasant to us. Dreamyly beautiful. The location with a free view of the train station was top. The spa area was noble and beautifully designed, outdoor pools and halls as well as Ruebreich in the adult only area were very nice and well-maintained. We always had enough towels available. We apparently had not enjoyed our own swine and swine gym, but at first glance we were also high-quality and beautifully designed. The food after the restaurant: no one-size-fits-all, but we loved it this year in 3 other churches in Tirol/Sudna and the main restaurant had a better product, and I never expected anything else to come to us. Now, I would have been able to enjoy it at our hotel, but I've never had

Great spa, great suite, great dining room level

After two years of private stress in terms of work, study, etc., my girlfriend and I decided to give ourselves something. With great anticipation we booked on the hotel's homepage holidays for next year. Christmas time, winter, New Year's Eve. This alone made us dream. According to the booking system, we were able to book a room for the period 29.12.23 - 02.01.24. We also received the booking confirmation. In our professions, for all reasons of practicality, we are held back from having our hotel's holiday for next year booked by the end of this year.

Not customer friendly

Perfect wellness hotel, we visited you again this weekend, perfect room with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains, super food, super wellness area, all the staff very friendly, we look forward to your next stay at your hotel.

Rating of Mohre-life resort Lermoos

Our room 355 the FamilySuite was a dream. Two double beds and two bathrooms. We used it as a best friend's room and it was ideal. The balcony is huge and has its own sauna overlooking the mountains. The room is decorated with a lot of wood and invites you to stay. The spa is very large, the hotel is very worn out (we got lost sometimes ;-), the food is very fine and everyone is extremely friendly. What we also found wonderful is that the boss greeted everyone personally at the table and spoke a few kind words. It makes the hotel much more personal and family friendly.
