We have just stayed here for 5 nights with 14 other caravans from our Club.  The staff are fantastic, very pleasant and accomodating.

The ablution block is old but spotlessly clean and the camp kitchen is excellent.

Thank you Twin Waters Caravan Park we cannot wait to return.

Great Caravan Park

Spent 3 nights on a powered site and we were quite satisfied with all the facilities and the cleanliness of the place . There are a lot of long term occupants there but they were all friendly  and also the staff were very helpful and friendly as well . The park is situated a little out of town and was very peaceful.

Nice Stay

We stayed here for 2 nights in a 1 bedroom cabin.
The cabin was very clean and have great views.
The staff are very friendly and helpful,
Our friends were staying at a camping only grounds near by and we don't camp,
So we rang here and the staff were very good at making a booking for us during a very busy time of the year,
The quality of sleep was a little hard as the curtains are not very thick and let in a lot of light,
Also we had to sleep with the bedroom door closed to keep out the light out from the lounge area,
This made the bedroom get stuffy quick.
The aircon worked well to fix this problem but it is a waist of power.
Overall i would stay here again,

We came here on our maiden voyage to pretty much learn how to use our new camper trailer. The staff and all the residents couldn’t be more friendly and helpful! The ablution block and kitchens were high quality and very clean and the showers were lovely and hot. We will definitely be back, hopefully next time we will have time to be able to see the sights and sounds of the local area!

Great place to stay!

Arrived and checked in and then could not get into the cabin, Faulty lock. This was an inconvenience as everytine we came back to enter our cabin, I had to stand outside and battle for 20 minutes. The Receptionist was called on the first attempt and said that the lock was faulty.. get it services and sorted. Then the towels had dirst marks on and stank.. including the linned we slept in. For the price this caravan is charging is a disgrace. There is even a not to say that I had to wash dishes and pack them away or get charged $20 .. this is part of the rate I paid for the cabin and its contents to be cleaned. Some of us are business folks intenet.. no Internet no wifi..its 2019. We left a night early..we had booked for 3..slept 2 only.

This caravan Park needs to step up a notch pr two.

My husband and I have loved our stay at Twin Waters caravan park. All the staff have been so kind and friendly and the ablution blocks exceptionally clean at all times and a pleasure to use. 
We have enjoyed the site we stayed at, surrounded by heathy thick grass, the well equipped camp kitchen and the quiet friendly ambience of this park. 
The park is well situated with a two minute walk to shops and doctors, a 5 minute drive to the beautiful Estuary or the beach.
Most days we took a walk down the Estuary or enjoyed one of a few fabulous local bush walks that surround the property. One of our bush walks uncovered a super kids playground!
 We also enjoyed this location as it's only a short drive to Bunbury or Mandurah. 
We have already booked our return for next Summer and are looking forward to a daily swim in the well kept pool they have available.  
Huge thumbs up to Twin Waters. 

Fabulous stay at Twin Waters 

We stayed here for the first time over Easter and we really enjoyed it.The location is great and not to far from the central of Mandurah. The staff were super friendly, willing to help out at al times. The facilities are nice and clean. 

Great Location

We called in late in the afternoon for a brief overnight stay, the lady that checked us in was friendly enough. We were placed in a cabin right by the main road and very close to the cabin next door, mostly gravel and only a very small strip of grass. 
The cabin itself was small but clean, plenty of blankets and towels provided. 
There is a small basic playground which had the toilets right on the sandpit which was a bit off putting! We could not find a nice grassed area to sit and relax so we sat outside our cabin on the gravel watching the cars go by....not my idea of relaxing! 
I won’t be back unfortunately.

Overnight stay

We have had such a great time staying at twin waters Dawesville. The staff are so friendly and helpful, beautiful soft green grassy sites and super clean toilets and showers. Nice swimming pool and great place to bring the family. 2 minute walk to local shops. Will definitely come back 

Great park! Will definitely come back!

The new accomodation looks really nice..... I haven’t used one of those.. the park is a little too rough and I wouldn’t stay there again... some parts of the park that are owned and have their own ensuite have several guys living in them that bicker and argue loudly all the time.. while others have them rented out on a permanent basis... Mandurah/Dawesville is a beautiful part of the state though and I do love it down that way.. lots of great beaches and the ones around Dawesville are really not all that populated which is wonderful... if you don’t mind the kind of rough setting at Dawesville then it’s a great area to be in...
