Run down and grubby.  Had to cover couch with a sheet the smell was so bad. Cut out milk tins for ashtrays - all class.  Wifi drops connection every few minutes.  If your other option is the Todd River, maybe stay here - otherwise don’t.

Booked 3 beds. After waiting for what seemed an eternity in the office (the manager likes to chat) my daughter got given our room key and shown around the complex (how the gate works etc). Upon going to the room, we discovered that is was a room with a Double bed and a lounge/divan. My daughter went back to the office and was then given the key for a room with a Double bed, lounge/divan and a mattress on the floor with a timber box around it (which they called a Trundle, despite it not having a base nor castors to keep it off the floor). She then told the manager it's not what we booked and paid for. He said they were booked out due to some car show on, so there was nothing he could do accept offer us a FOAM mattress to add to the other FOAM mattress in the 'Trundle'. So he folded the mattress in half and carried it to our room. It wasn't satisfactory at all, but we had to make do as by then everywhere else was booked out too. My adult daughter who slept on the 'mattress on the floor enclosed in the timber box' then got sick due to getting a chill in her back. Would NOT stay there again.

We stayed here for a week whilst attending the Finke Desert Race ,the self contained apartments are clean and well appointed .The owners/hosts are friendly and accomodating. 
There is a laundry with huge machines so you can pretty much just do one wash and you buy a token from the office so no worries about having coins .
There is plenty of parking and the whole complex is secure.We would definitely stay again .

We left a little to be desired for cleaning. When we left, we found a crib under the bed that didn't belong to us.

Well located and secure apartment complex in Alice Springs. The manager was very friendly and showed us around the complex and to our room. Our room had a full kitchen which was handy when staying for 3 nights, and was clean and comfortable. The manager (apologise for forgetting your name) provided advice of where to go and see and also provided good dining options given we were there on Mother's Day. Would definitely recommend.

A nice place to stay in Alice Springs

We stopped in overnight on our way to the west coast
Even though it was one night, the owner (sorry forgot your name) spent time showing us where everything was and how to use everything 
We had a room with a kitchen which was well equipped 
Inside the room the aircon and fan was on cooling the room for our arrival 
The seperate bedroom was good in size and comfortable
Thanks for making our stay enjoyable and comfortable 


Excellent Hospitality 

Stayed here two weeks......everything was clean and safe...this is  rule #1 for two women visiting the Alice...John and his staff are 5 Star...the pool is a great place to relax after the heat...the bus stop is opposite and very close..and it only takes 5 minutes to get into town.......I would stay here again and would highly recommend it. Thank you

5 star service clean and well cared for

We arrived later after the reception was closed, called them and they waited for us without any problems.The apartment is well equipped.It has a community pool.We chose a triple room and the person who slept on the sofa bed did it quite badly because on the mattress all the docks were marked and the body locked, besides the sofa bed being very cut.

The sofa beds in the triple beds are very uncomfortable.

Small apartments for up to six people, equipped kitchen, swimming pool, parking, the boss is nice, informative and helpful, supermarket nearby, gas station not far away, you'll sip a beer, sit at your doorstep watching the evening fall, and make sure you get acquainted, everything you need to get along well in Alice Springs.
