Double Room with Balcony. 
Very basic accommodation which is reflected in the pricing. Was clean, everything worked, room was cool and quite. Location is central with underground parking. Check is a bit odd and can be hard to fine, saw a couple of people wandering around when we checked in, some better signage would help also the whole entry is looking a bit dirty and dodge. If you want a place to sleep of a night that is simple this is ideal. One side of the accommodation is backpacker dorms and the others are private rooms, we didnt have any problems with noise etc. Would be a great place when all the shops/restaurants are open again. Will be back if i need cheap accommodation for a short stay.

Cheap, cheerful, air condition and clean

We booked this venue for Business Trip. Looking at the website, we knew that it would not be 5 star but it did look somewhat comfortable. This is not a motel, it is a backpackers hostel. There is no mention of this on the venues web page. . There was no iron in the room, the air con did not work, the bed left our staff member feeling itchy after just sitting on it. When he called the number for the venue there was no answer so he walked out and booked himself into another hotel. I contacted the venue first thing on Monday morning to advise them and requested a refund and was blatantly told NO. I had to send them multiple emails requesting a refund (We had paid for 4 nights and was seeking a refund for 2), the did not respond until I mentioned that I would be taking the matter further. I was then told that they would refund the charges for the 2 nights into our Business Account. They have only refunded the charge for 1 night so now I am left having to chase them again! You cannot contact them via their web page as it displays an error, the whole website does not work properly and there are errors popping up whenever you click on a tab ie: things to do, book now etc. This hotel does not know the meaning of customer service and does not respond to enquiries promptly.

I booked this accommodation in the recommendation that it was a private room hostel, well private room but no hostel.

The room and bathroom were decent but the bed was terrible i could feel the springs of the frame through the barely there matress.

As I was informed this was a hostel i went to the supermarket the first night to buy food for my two day visit. I then went to the 'kitchen' and found there isn't one..... I have now had to throw away all of this as could not carry in my luggage and had to eat out for all meals.

TV in the room stopped working and the noise from local bars was pretty loud.

Can't comment on staff as never saw any.....

Friendly staff. Be sure to ask for balcony, which doesn't look over the beach but other rooms very claustrophobic. Plenty of room in bedroom and walk in bathroom. Clean basic bit perfectly adequate for over night stay. Air conditioning and fan. Small fridge tea and coffee making facilities

All this hotel cares about is your money!!! I booked to stay for two nights, ended up cancelling within the given time and they still took my money!! Even worse overcharged me and took three nights worth of payment! They took this money without my authorisation. It has been nearly 4 weeks and I've contacted the hotel several times - email/phone/left messages all to be told 'the manager is not here today' or 'we are working on it and will update you when it's solved' - thieves! They've ignored my latest calls and emails and still have MY money. Be careful leaving your card details with these people and keep all confirmations as proof (I have all bookings/confirmations/cancellation emails still) but they don't care! Just happy with MY money! Very angry.

We stayed two nights in this Backpacker and we were satisfied. We arrived a little early in the morning and so our room was not yet cleared but the lady at the reception suggested we leave our suitcases behind her counter so that we could take a little walk around town. It is true that the reception generally may not be as warm as in other places but it is correct and professional. The room for two people we had booked was clean, comfortable and spacious (there is TV, air conditioning). It was also very nice to have our own private bathroom/WC located (because in most backpackers it is shared), so I lost more of the available restroom because we did not use the general kitchen, so we did not have a good balance of room, and so it seemed like a good place to stay in the hotel, and so it was a good place to stay. But it was a good place to have a good hotel and so it was a good place to stay.

Clean and pleasant backpacker

Nice view from the balconies on the beach. The rooms are very clean, there is air conditioning, you can open the windows. Bathrooms and toilets are located just below the stairs, convenient. Free wifi is available on the first floor but hardly in the rooms. You can leave your luggage there for $5 (up to 2-3h) Washing machines are accessible on the ground floor: count 8-10$ to wash/dry the equivalent of a machine We recommend the restaurant directly under the hostel, to the left when you go out (personal very nice, correct and good dishes!)

That's a good backpacker.

Fortunately, I only stayed one night in the hostel, the room would be nice if there weren't ants everywhere, but the shower is also in the room, but there are no hacks to hang a towel! The kitchen was a mess, the cookware was defective and the floor was all around the frying panes, it was dirty even after cleaning!!! In the shelf for the food there were ants everywhere. The backpackers are not retired areas, it's half that big in a room with a lot of restaurants.

Accommodation in a purely women's room, with two showers and a bathroom, very clean and air conditioned. Very good atmosphere and service. The kitchen is not one of the best, but with a large refrigerator and very safe. Completely recommended for backpackers.

A rather large room, toilets at the bottom of the stairs, very clean. Black spot: very dirty and poorly organized kitchen (incomplete dishes...).
