I recently returned from 6 nights with my 16 year old and 11 year old boys. The hotel is more of a boutique hotel and I would recommend for couples and people with children under 10. The service was impeccable. The food was the best of any all inclusive I have been. I agree with another reviewer that there is nothing for older kids to do. I rented a car and took my kids on excursions, as there is a lot to do in the area. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I agree with another reviewer that it was uncomfortable to receive a bill every time we got a drink or food, as it seems to force a tip. I ended up spending a lot of extra money in tips because I did not want to leave that line blank. I would have tipped in cash anyway, but I just found the presentation of a bill at an all inclusive to be offputting. Finally, the pools were clean and very appealing, but the beach was unswimmable with all the seaweed (and waves). We went into town and the water was calmer there.
