I give it two points for two things, one for the kindness of the employees, and the other because they were able to offer us a plate of lunch although it is not part of the service, a plate of abundant and exquisite ravioli. The breakfast seemed very good to me as well. But the conditions of the room are far from being economical, but they are quite precarious and with many years of use, things that don't work like the refrigerator, the electricity keys and the worst part is that we discovered a thermal inside the bed, covered with a phrase, something quite dangerous. If I had read the reviews before, there wouldn't have been. If it was a passing hotel or not, economic sound would justify those conditions that are dangerous for guests.

I wouldn't recommend it.

The hotel was abandoned. There were no running water pipes and the toilet seat was rotten. There was a lot of moisture on the walls. There is no elevator and there are two floors per staircase to register. The breakfast is super scarce. It is located in a complicated area to be without a car. The only rescue is the staff.

It's really unfortunate.

Passing from being a brothel, a good choice of family hotel here in Viedma, where it was really advisable to host my family outdoors, and now it is becoming a brothel again, people at night don't even know what to do and over time get together with people known for living in Viedma who aren't exactly the best.

It's a hotel that has a good price and you can use it to spend a night or more, good service and attention, the people who attend are very friendly, have a good reception and the rooms are comfortable especially those with a balcony.

Old, dirty, unprolific, I don't recommend it at all. we were going to stay for 5 days, but we only stayed one night and the next day we went looking for another hotel, because the truth is this was to get out as soon as possible. the wifi didn't work practically, the breakfast halfway through.

When we arrived and had to climb up a floor to carry our luggage down a very precarious staircase, the hotel was in a dangerous area and away from everything. The bed we were touching was King's, but the soaps weren't, so we got out and slept on a dark mattress. Everything was dirty, the closet didn't have a barrier to hanging clothes. The breakfast was unobtainable, of very poor quality. The bathroom canines were lost. The staff caller was up all night and wouldn't let you sleep. It was expensive for what it offered.

I had to climb everything up a staircase in poor condition, but luckily we were able to do so, whether a disabled person or an elderly adult didn't go up. The bathroom was dirty, the bathroom stack looked like a mechanic was washing. The air didn't work, about 40 degrees, we asked for a room change, in this one the air worked, but if we flooded the room, the drain was closed. I went to brush my teeth and drain the water from under the vanitory. There was nothing for dinner, I can't say exquisite food, in the breakfast there were 6 medialunas for everyone and toastitas I believe. No turning back!!!

After 900 kilometers of motorcycle riding to the southern tip of Argentina, we were hoping to find the hotel booked by the Internet. However, the sale did not match anything that was delivered to us. There was only one person who was the doer of everything of the hotel. We arrived and had to ring a bell several times, until finally someone came to meet us. To summarize: super negative experience, bad towels, bad bathroom, poor toilet paper, poor quality toilet paper, someone's bathroom rug was a tight floor cleaner. To solve the problem of air conditioning control that didn't work, I had to turn the hotel back and wait a long time.

Hotel only for overnight stay (as a point of passage to southern Argentina - Patagonia). Located at the entrance of the city (needs a car to go to restaurants). Very simple room and WC (though I have booked the best suite of the hotel). Free covered parking. Poor service. There was no water in the hotel. I complained and was informed with the greatest naturalness that today they cut our water. The hotel has WiFi but the attendant did not know the password.
