Set in a nice (what looks to be expensive) urban area. The birds are everywhere and there is no traffic noise. The shared bathroom for me worked fine and it reflected the price. However, the walls are a bit thin. Very clean and tidy. Breakfast was plentiful with healthy options available. You'll get to eat outside for breakfast which is nice. I'm travelling alone and I felt safe at all times. Someone was on site 24hrs. 10mins walk (if that) to town and if you eat at the La Toscana restaurant down the road and tell them you're staying at the Guest House you'll get a 10% discount off your meal! Recommended.
