I arrive at the hotel, not far from the port, I get my room, I go to the bathroom and...with my great amazement the water does not come from the tap (will return after about half an hour, pre-clame at the reception!); in addition in the bathroom the table above the water moves as soon as one sits down; I lean on the bed (single room with double bed), I take both pillows and... I find that one of the two is devoid of feeder (since even if one is only used feders in both pillows?); I go to take a shower (finally the water is back) and... the theater can't be in the wall support because it doesn't go there, or better, we go on the food but so does the dinner in the wall... I hope I can't confuse it... so I can't confuse it in this chamber because it's almost impossible to take a bottle of water, because it's not enough to make a decision:

Hotel to be improved

I agree with the other reviews that the hotel could be better run, and the language barrier improved, there are also good things about this place: The staff IS friendly, a smile goes a long way. The  location of the hotel was a big plus point; right on the beach, with a lovely view of the harbor and the Mediterranean Sea. All in all, it was quite a good experience.

Quite a good trip!

We check in and no a/c and it takes hours to get it going. Shower head broken, place looks brand new but must be so poorly constructed. Breakfast lacks any imagination and coffee tastes awful. There must be better placed though the location is great. Just wish they cared.

Not well run

This hotel is very handy for the centre and a short ride away from the seafront.  The room we had was on the 4th floor with a good view of Vlore and beyond.  It was spacious with a large bathroom.  TV, a/c and fridge in the room and free wifi which worked well.  Probably because it was low season we only paid 20 Euros for one night.

When we approached the hotel the main entrance seemed to be through the Bar/Restaurant area as this took up most of the space at the front.. We found later that the entrance to the reception area was via a small pathway to the left of the restaurant.

In any event the person on reception was not there and had to be contacted by telephone.  The reception area is not very welcoming nor was the male receptionist.  

We wanted breakfast in the morning but the advertised restaurant on the first floor was not open and looked as if it had not been open in a long while.  We attempted to get something to eat in the bar/restaurant on the ground floor but there was nothing available.  "No Service" we were told.  There possibly may have been a power cut but the language barrier was becoming a problem.  We went out for breakfast.

They need to sort themselves out as there are plenty of other hotels to choose from.

A Strange Experience

This is a very dirty and very dangerous structure because they have been taken from the balconies of the rooms and if you are not careful opening the window you risk falling into the void, inadequate staff, in a few steps and at a lower price there are significantly improved solutions.

Bad structure

It went very badly, very rude staff, fatiguing rooms, smelly furniture, broken toilets and damaged walls, not to mention the danger of windows (three hellish days without being able to open the windows for fear of flying, considering we have children) in short, a disaster... besides the fact that we still don't understand how they ended up making money from the transfer we made.

When I arrived at the hotel I was given a room with a very strong smell of wet, sanitary broken and detached from the ground. The next day I got the room change I immediately realized that it only improves the smell of wet because the sanitary even in this one are broken with the bidet detached from the ground. When I try to assert my reasons by asking for a decidedly at least a reduction in price considering the disadvantages I find the owner, Danny De Vito style, accompanied by three men who threatened physical retaliation even if I had not paid all the price.

It's not working.

For work reasons I often eat in this restaurant even because of the proximity to my workplace. When I go alone or with my colleagues we never ask for the menu but we call the cook Koli who tells us that he has a good one. He speaks a good Italian for having lived so many years in Italy and always advises us well!

Eating in this restaurant and ` like eating in the family

The situation is not too unpleasant if you have to take the bus early in the morning, but it is far from the port and the most pleasant area of the city near the port. On the other hand, the room is disappointing: the water is not working, clean to see, the room is not made from day to day... As for breakfast, it is sad: very unpleasant service limit, the quality of the products is questionable, and above the market it is pingre. Surely we will not go back there!

Disappointing

i went in a Vlore for a business meeting and stayed in "Hotel Vlora".Rooms were very comfortable and conditions.Hotel Vlora was in a quiet place and in the city center.Go in Vlore would choose the "Hotel Vlora" again.
