Excellent accommodation, very kind staff. Clean rooms and good food (dinner recommended). Order the day before an Albanian dinner, good cook. Hotel 3 minutes drive from the sea, 20/25 minutes walk. Beautiful and very clean sea. Recommended.

Good accommodation

We had a good time there with nice garden and pool. Mámy sun beds. Included breakfast is also on good level. Beach is not very close but with support of the owners is not a problem. Very good for families with kids. We should come back

Very recommended Hotel spacious, clean, Agj welcomes you with smiles and courtesy. The abundant buffet breakfast in the garden is very much appreciated. Quality ratio excellent price! Very beautiful beaches and served in the surroundings.

Holidays in Albania

The facility is cozy, the facility is new and well maintained, the staff is available, the place is in the middle of the green that is maintained as well as the swimming pool. It is not on the sea but it is a few minutes away by car. Some faults: few signatures to reach it, payments can only be made in cash; we booked with breakfast included but the cappuccino and tea were not provided and we paid for them in addition.

Cozy with small bumps

It is the most beatiful plase i have ever seen in Borsh. Very quite,peacefull,relaxing. The pool is amazing and the rooms are big and very clean. We had such delicious meals whith fish and freesh seafood. 100% recommend to every one. 😀😀😀

The best!!!

Good morning to everyone!!! Beautiful facility with swimming pool and drainage, exotic garden, and impeccable service especially from the staff, very friendly and available. Located inside Borsh is hard to find if you don't know the area. It has very few rooms, structured into mini apartments very detailed at a great price. If you don't want to move, the kitchen is really good and the place is very relaxing.

It's an oasis of relaxation!

I had a week booked at this place that came highly recommended by a close friend. Upon checking in was given the wrong room and not a family room.  I was promised a family room in the next 48 hours so I decided to stay since I had three kids with me.  The room was on the third floor which is the last floor and I guess no insulation budget was available since the room was hotter than a sauna.  The air chiller for the hotel was off,  I had to restart it myself but since it the water in the system was well above 22 Celsius there was no relief in sight for the night.  Long story short the room was a health hazard heat wise and had to spend the night with the kids till midnight by the pool to avoid the room. The bed is hard,  I mean hard as a plank,  you've been warned. There is a sofa that opens up to a bed and a two seater where you can put a five year old toddler to sleep.  The room itself is spacious for three four people (mix of adults and children)  a little kitchenette with no glasses to drink water from or utensils.  It defeats the purpose of having a kitchen.  I was promised a room in the next day to avoid the third floor but did not happen so I had to leave the next day.  The pool is small and unkept the water has a milky look. The manager is a young fellow that stands in for the owner (I am guessing his father) and catters mostly to North Europeans who have no issues with heat who eat pasta twice a day. He means well but has no business in the hotel industry as he tends to brush off concerns with the excuse that no other customers are complaining. The waiters try very hard and are very polite but cannot remember an order of five items if their lives depended on it. One of them try to convince me that the calamari and the cuttlefish are the same and was trying to serve me calamari instead of cuttlefish which were part of the menu.  The cooking leaves a lot to desire as well, the pasta was undercooked and overkilled in garlic. The breakfast included in the price is a bit odd.  If you have cereal you cannot ask for eggs.  When you ask for fried eggs make sure you ask for two otherwise you are getting one. I have reviewed plenty of places during the past years.  Being an Albanian I tend to sit on my reviews for places in my home country in order to let the emotions settle and give a fair shake to folks involved in the service industry. Vila Florika is a good hotel structurally speaking, great landscaping and potential but the management needs to remove themselves from the business and hire professionals in managing, kitchen and waiting.  This is all I can remember right now,  I am sure more details will come to mind as time goes by.  

They try but they're clueless

We stayed at this hotel in October. We didn't find it right away, because the booking card was not accurate and it was already evening. Since we booked almost 2 hours before we arrived, no one was waiting for us at the place (yet we were quickly settled). Furthermore, based on information from the site, we ordered a room of two rooms, a living room and a bedroom, but on arrival it turned out that there were no such rooms. All rooms are studios. However, taking into account our wishes, we were provided with two separate rooms. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment.

eliminating the inaccuracy

First place where I'm really unhappy and yet I'm really very easy: very difficult reception, don't speak English, don't smile at all, hyper-noisy and broken fridge, very uncomfortable and very noisy bed. Lunch that's limited to receiving scrambled eggs and fried bread - we had to ask for coffee, butter and a few things to tartar on the bread (he had a hard time understanding what he was asked for and we mimicked it! - that's for the fun part). Very disappointed that we did a lot of visa in Albania and c is the first place where I left angry - to run out of cash and even though the site said we were paying for it, we had to pay in cash (c is not often recommended).

Very upset

This hotel offers very nice, fully equipped apartments, with state-of-the-art TV channels (even X channels for amateurs, surprising...), perfect wifi, super hot swimming pool. The location is very pleasant, in the middle of the plain fields, between sea and mountain, near the beautiful village of Borsh. The sea is far enough away to enjoy the calm of the countryside and accessible on foot in 10 minutes. The service is excellent, very responsive and listening to the customers. The restaurant is very local, you can enjoy seafood and specialties by the pool or under a long tunnel for a little shade.
