The staff doesnt speak english, no cold water in the room so the toilet didnt work, food is awful, you cant pay by card and so I ended up paying 8 euros too much because they didnt have change. Even the taxi that they called when we left they managed to give a wrong adresse so we ended up in a wrong place. Stay away this a scam big time.

weekend in Benilva

1 no reception, rooms are dirty, very bad cleaned after previous stay, bed sheets and pillow sheets are dirty, shower broken, a lot of mosquito. The reception is a desk in the restaurant with a lot of unorganized papers. The manager was a women who didn't speak english and asked young guys to translate. I booked for one price they requested to pay more saying that it was winter price and we didn't update.. Stayed 1 night and changed the hotel. The worst stay during that trip. The worst breakfast. There was a feeling like we are taking leftovers. 
If you value your money and don't want to spoil your holiday just don't book it, no matter how much it can be

The worst possible hotel in Durres. Never stay there.

We stopped by chance in January with some local friends for a quick lunch. The hotel was closed, the restaurant was open. We ate very well: spaghetti and rock risotto, fries mixed and sweet. The food was fresh and pleasant. The staff spoke perfectly Italian, they all proved very polite and competent.

Winter lunch at the sea

Very bad food and service.  Don't go there everything was terrible with expensive prices. And it is a dirty place and they just say a sorry for the expensive food that was uncooked. I will not go anymore there.

WARNING: This hotel seems to have a severe and uncontrolled mosquito infestation. I was asked to pay in advance and now I know why. I am booked into a second floor room in the hi-rise building next to the restaurant. I have a balcony room but the metal grate is stuck and won't open. It is off season but this is the worst hotel I have encountered in four week stay in Albania. October 2015.

This hotel didn't like us at all.The cleaning of the rooms was very poor and the cleaning staff was of two women who during the cleaning hours were lying on the hallway couch and smoking, something I've never seen in my life. The staff who serve, the waiters are unqualified and have no idea how to serve, they don't have the school for waiters, they're amateurs. I noticed that when they put breakfast on the big table there are so many flies around, then I really wanted to eat. There are so many mosquitoes in this area that suck your blood.

A little vacation.

The hotel is on the front line. And that's its only advantage, if you don't count the laundry with the embroidery that beat us to the brim. They say the kitchen here is good too. I don't know, we haven't tried it, because, fortunately, we only stayed here one night. The room is poor, the plumbing is old. The impression that the faucets haven't been cleaned for years - all the cracks are covered in thick lime. There's no refrigerator, no glasses. Not even water to drink. And I'm looking for anything.

If the sea is enough

This hotel did not satisfy me very much, firstly the lack of water in the room, a big problem to manage to take a shower, the rooms are poorly maintained, on the contrary I must say that the restaurant has a good kitchen, my overall judgment and good.

Working hours

I've spent 10 days in peace, the only problem is that there's no bidet in the bathroom. A panoramic view of the whole Durango Bay.
