Our first ever holiday to this oar of the world and it was so reassuring to walk into this lovely hotel in the the heart of Hanoi which is is a city full of energy and chaos ( in a nice way!) and be welcomed by such a lovely team. Peace and tranquility wraps itself around you in this hotel from luxurious rooms / suites with all the quality soaps / shampoo / body lotions you could dream of! A lovely swimming pool on the third floor is the perfect retreat after a busy day seeing the many sights and watching the locals go about their working day on the many scooters ( 5m to be precise!) Breakfast is an occasion in itself offering everything you could imagine covering every base from the Western world to the East wiry which you find yourself. The team at L’Opera are as good as any - always there to make sure you have a great time
