A really basic hotel.  We needed a room and there weren't many at reasonable prices in other nearby hotels.  We could tell going in that we were looking at 2 star (at best) hotel, so there weren't a lot of surprises. We took two rooms. In one of them, the heater seemed to be stuck on high, so had to request another room.  The person helping us tried to blame us for the heat problem, but eventually did give us a different room.  Water pressure in the shower was really poor.  The TVs were old tube style - can only assume they worked as I never turned mine on. Room keys were also old, physical keys. Very close to freeway, and some of that noise gets through. Didn't try the "breakfast". To a certain extent you get what you pay for . . . this hotel was half the price of the Days Inn across the freeway.  So if you're looking for really basic hotel this place might be ok for you, but don't expect too much.

Don't expect much except a cheap rate

I needed internet , first thing I ask and I am assured they had "working'' internet.. Guess what, didn't. Here's a funny , last time I stayed they didn't either, I let that pass . The front desk girl (granny owes place) "I'll look at it later" When is later I ask? . Anyway it ends by I'm being rude, I should leave but I'm not getting my money back. No I can't speak to the owner. This place is on its last legs. Ant trap in room , peeling molding, no stopper for tub. Sheets so thin you could read a book through them.  If it was super cheap, what the heck, but its not. I have never seen such rude as desk girl.

Possibly the rudest people I've ever met the granddaughter of the owner so she claims  has no business working with people talks to customer like trash I'll never bring my business back the place is a dump the rooms smell floor hasn't been cleaned since last year

The rudest people ever

The room was not clean. Both beds had lots of black hair in the sheets. We could not get the WIFI to work consistantly on our two day stay. 
They did re-clean the room & made it look as good as possible. The front desk staff was very nice but this but this Lodge needs lots of updating. Beds were only minimal to be able to sleep not miserable and certainly not comfortable. 
With some updating this could become a good property.
We were desperate for the stay & they weren't sold out. I wouldn't stay there again.

Disappointed stay

Front desk very decent, very respectful; the room, well, another story...we were on business..needed showers.  That was not going to happen..water pressure so poor you could not shower and there was little, if any hot water to add to this.  I will say that the towels are wonderful.  Pillows were o.k.  one bed was better than the other and guess whom got the "other" bed.  It is at a truck stop location so expect some noise and there was...just the usual coming in, going out.  Soap is limited, there was a Bible which I appreciated.  There is a breakfast offered but it has gone way downhill..choices yes, but, some of like butter for a bagel or a piece of toast, biscuit...there was none.  There was one young lady taking care of breakfast, doing the rooms and probably front desk...she came in, we were sitting in front of the door and left the door open on us while she re-supplied the breakfast biscuits...brrrr.
