Thin walls and uncomfortable beds plenty of parking and a designated area for large trucks and vehicles with trailers overall not bad for the price

Bed was great.like sleeping in silk...
Room was clean. We had an attached covered patio, kitchen area.
Would be great for a longer stay.
 Rates are great and staff is always friendly...we have been here before.

I was on a family trip and I thought the looks of Timberlake was familiar, and indeed I had stayed there in the past, I felt safe and comfortable immediately. the staff is always friendly, the breakfast is very good, although I didn't partake but once, it was plentiful, with a nice variety, and excellent waffles! again, helpful friendly staff.. when I checked out, I got a call that I had left a bag behind, from tJ, and the very kindly mailed my belongings to me! Thank you o much!! ll certainly be back! Lola

my go to for sleep, shower, and go!

Comfortable but hallway carpet was VERY stained and new wood floor was dirty. Our feet right after a shower we’re brown walking just a little in the bedroom. The breakfast was very lacking. No tp in hallway bathroom and only a partial roll of tp in our room. The AC was off and on working and the toilet ran throughout the night needing a new flapper.

I booked this motel at the last minute due to the proximity to Lynchburg and the low price. What a great value!! The room was very clean with a pleasant smell. The hot breakfast was good and the staff waited on every individual offering to make fresh scrambled eggs instead of the eggs sitting in a pan over a burner. Staff was very friendly and courteous. I will be staying there again the next time I'm in the Lynchburg area. 

Pleasant Surprise 

My husband and I just stayed at the Timberlake Motel and we really enjoyed it.  The room was extremely clean and the bed was super comfy.   My husband has a bad back and he said that the bed really helped his back.  The breakfast was very nice and the room where they serve breakfast was clean and cute.  The owner even offered to make us scrambled eggs.  Everyone was very nice.  Upon check in, we were given two bottles of water.  If you are looking for a basic, clean room with a decent breakfast, this is the place to go.  I know we would definitely stay there again. 

Very Enjoyable Visit

I was skeptical at first because it was rated lower than 8.0, but once I read the reviews, I realized there was nothing major to worry about. Checked in without a hitch and slept like a baby. And breakfast was delicious.

We only booked because we couldnt find anything else under $250/night for the nights we needed. I had very low expectations but our room was quiet and immaculate, beds were comfy and the staff is lovely.  Yeah it's not fancy but we slept great and it was super reasonable.  Breakfast is minimal but fine and free. This place was a happy surprise.
