Greeted by friendly staff and checked in very quickly. Room was nice and clean and airy. Tea and coffee making facilities in room. Shower clean with complimentary shower gel. Booking was  straightforward and easy online.

We stayed overnight here on Sunday while en route to the Isle of Wight.  It was our first time staying here and also our first time staying in a Premier Plus room. We weren't disappointed with either.  
Hotel fairly straightforward to find,  the room was very comfortable and the staff were lovely.  
Plenty of free on-site parking available , the only thing I will say is that for first time visitors, it wasn't all that obvious where reception was. We had breakfast and dinner at the adjacent Balmoral Beefeater, that was lovely too
 A short distance from the M271/M27 motorways,  Southampton city centre and the docks.  Hopefully we will stay again at some point.

Cleanliness was excellent and I would definitely recommend the cooked breakfast! Friendly staff we had a great wedding anniversary, thank you Premier Inn xx will definitely be staying there again. Ideal as we went to the Mayflower theatre 

Good location for Southampton General - the room was quiet, clean and comfortable..  The charity table (if you have forgotten anything) is a welcome addition.  All the staff we came across, Megan, Juan and Dean were super friendly and put us at ease and we really appreciated that. We did have breakfast on the second day and it was really tasty.  All in all an excellent stay.  

Needing a place to stay that was close to Southampton General Hospital, we booked into the Premier Inn Southampton North hotel which is about 10 minutes drive. We had a  stay, finding the room warm and cosy. The shower was excellent (always important when you are travelling) and the bed was very comfortable.

Checked in with Megan who was helpful and polite. In the morning, room was serviced by Scarlett who was very sweet and left chocolates in our room!! When we couldn't work out our heater, Alan and Gabby on the night reception were very happy to help and provided us with a portable heater. When next down in southampton will definately stay again. Met an elderly couple in beefeater who said it was great to stop into before cruises so might have to try!

Booked this Premier Inn as due to cruise from Southampton the following morning.  Always use Premier Inns when travelling for cleanliness, on site parking, staff friendliness and use of Beefeater restaurant, which meant an meal deal with the hotel

We have stayed 3 nights and had nothing but excellent service. Staff are happy to help and very informative. Special mentions to Juan and Paula for making everything so easy. Plenty of parking and few restaurants around. Recommend

We stayed off and on from December through to mid January.
We stayed in 3 different rooms due to our agenda.
Rooms were all very comfortable and clean.
The staff were super friendly and very accommodating.
Our last room was in the Annex where they had just put in brand new beds which were absolutely a "dream" to sleep on.

The room was fabulous, it was a Premier Plus room.
Paulie on reception was extremely helpful and friendly.
The room was lovely and warm, perfect for a January stay. Good sized TV. Very clean. 
Food in the Beefeater was very good and the staff friendly.

Stayed at this hotel over the weekend.....and have o say it was very clean and very comfy....staff at the hotel very friendly and very helpful..couldn't  in fact fault the hotel itself in anyway.....HOWEVER as a family we do like to eat/drink at the restaurants on site which are normally very good value for money with great staff....the one at southhampton north is far and i mean FAR away from anything like that....the place stinks of dirty fat,,didnt look at all clean...but we did decide to 'BRAVE IT" only to be told the place was closed,,,,9pm sunday evening,,,,after a long journey, not what we wanted to hear...so if your looking for somewhere to stay that can accommodate eating and drinking this is NOT the place to go.....in my humble opinon this resturanut and its staff are giving Prem Inn a very bad reputation,,,,someone needs to sort out the staff there that seem to run the place to suit themsleves,,,certainly not the customers and or the hotel guests....we always use prem inn as are go to hotel,,,,but will never use this one again.......shame on the people that run that  beefeater....

Nice Hotel....TERRIBLE RESTURAUNT

Overnight Stop 

Bad first. Premier pride themselves on offering a good nights sleep. This wasn’t the case at all. Aircon not working on a hot night. Two large fans were provided but they were extremely noisy. We had to have the window open but unfortunately there was a very rowdy gathering going on until 4.30 in the morning in a nearby house! Not the hotels fault but wish we cut have shut the noise out.

On to the good. The staff that we dealt with were exceptional particularly the ladies on reception. We felt valued as customers. The hotel has a great parking policy for cruise goers probably second to none. We ate in the adjacent Beefeater which was good.

Despite the negativity in my comment served a purpose for us

Good and Bad

Excellent room but noise outside room with guest outside reception smoking and making noise day and evenings. Could not have windows open due to noise. Shame as location and room was excellent. The room was good for a premier inn plus but let down with noise disturbing our sleep shame as if it was not for this it would have been excellent.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, and my room was clean and comfortable. I had a great night sleep and enjoyed a delicious full English breakfast in the morning. It was really good value and great location for travelling into North Baddesley, Eastleigh and Southampton. I will definitely be coming back!
