Well situated for myself, couple of miles outside the town centre so relatively quiet, Debbie and Hayley the friendliest receptionists ever, even gave me a piece of cake on arrival !! One of the the more pleasant checking in experiences, thanks both.

Visited this weekend for my 50th

Grew up in the area and this is the perfect place to stop when getting out and about meeting friends etc 

Such a shame it’s going. Whilst it may need modernising the place is great and the staff are fantastic 

lovely hotel very friendly staff, nice food and great room!! on site parking nothing to fault!!  the hotel has its own restaurant and the meals are very impressive fro a hotel! we had to reserve!! as the restaurant is used by the local people from the town!!

4th stay at this hotel and will be returning , clean room comfy bed pleasant staff, beer garden good location, what more do you need? plus the girl on reception found out it was my birthday and left a card and two bottles of beer in my room, how many hotel staff do that

Great location, Room was clean and staff was helpful there is a restaurant attached but we didn’t eat in so can’t comment on that.  The hotel itself looks like it could to with a upgrade rooms look a little tied, and floors creaking when you walk on them which you can hear when people are leaving early in the morning or when returning late at night. 

I have stayed at many premier inn’s but this one was far the oldest I’ve ever stayed in. 

Lady on reception was really friendly and explained everything to us. Good service from her.

Walking up to the room it was set out a little like and old care home, a few small sets of stairs and some of the corridors and odd shape for a premier inn. 
I actually really like the character of this building and the fact it was a little different. 

Room was clean but dated, bed was huge, much bigger than normal. Super comfortable. 
Bathroom was clean but old. 
 
It was very quiet when we stayed however I suspect that if it was busy it would be fairly noisy as the floor boards creaked quite a bit. 
 Breakfast was fine, Staff good in the restaurant. 

Booked for a two night stay.  Unfortunately no lift at this hotel, which we were aware of but have mobility issues and had forgotten to check with hotel whether there was a ground floor room available.  On arrival we were allocated a first floor, which we found to be up quite a lot of stairs, up and down flights.  Luckily Tammy on reception was so helpful and was able to move us to a ground floor room which was ideal for us.   Room was large with a huge bed.  Although bathroom had a bath, it was a quite low with a shower over.  Lots of car parking available, which is always nice to find!.  We would definitely return here again if we were in the area.

Whilst I have no complaints over my room, however...my colleague and arrived at this hotel, after travelling from Liverpool, and Arrival and check in @ approximately 18:15, we where told that there was no facility for dinner? (after a tiring day) now we just wanted to have our dinner and relax, but not happening! Never been to Redditch previously, we then had to Google a restaurant in the town centre 15 mins away and go on a jaunt for our dinner, when all we wanted was dinner and relax.  My colleague drove (no drinking) and went to Prezzo which was very nice.

Ok we got an apology, apparently there was staff training in the adjoining pub, our package was out room and a meal allowance all paid for 😡 so we now needed to pay for dinner and claim it back next week.

There was also quite a hike to our rooms, up and down stairs, no lift a apparent, and no porter service.

Premier in Redditch... you need more communication with your customers, to allow a more informed decision.

Extremely disappointed

The hotel itself is very pleasant, nice clean room, friendly staff but the attached Brewers Fare is dire. It is very busy with families and there were Christmas parties going on but the staff and kitchen could not cope. Use the hotel on a B&B basis but eat elsewhere.

Pleasant but do not eat here

Let down by the breakfast. Not pleasant for just under £9 each, I would rather have quality not quantity. Coffee is pretty awful too from those machines. Staff we’re lovely though and very pleasant.  A few tweaks and it could be a pleasant place to stay
