I had an amazing experience at Rowley Manor. There was good food, excellent service, and breathtaking views! Although the building might use some maintenance, the ambience created by the open fire more than made up for it! Excited to come back and have more delicious food against that gorgeous scenery.

We came for Sunday lunch. The ambience was incredible. The service was impeccable. Everybody was so helpful and friendly. We felt totally looked after the food was superb but we had beef and chicken cocktail to start and soup and one dessert. It was quiet, relaxing just perfect. really recommend this place, we have booked to come back on Valentine’s Day night and it’s dog friendly too

Was taken to Rowley Manor for a birthday afternoon tea. The hotel is an old country house and all the decor is in keeping
The tea was lovely with a good selection of sandwiches and cakes all served on bone china. The staff were very welcoming and attentive with offers of more tea as required

This was our first visit to Rowley Manor and we were really impressed by the beauty and character this old Georgian building had to offer. We stayed in room 2 which was a warm beautiful, large room with a 4 poster bed that was really comfy. The room had lovely views to the countryside and was so peaceful as no other noise from anywhere was heard. We had afternoon tea in our room which was one of the best afternoon teas we have had, delicious and plentiful. The warm freshly made scotch eggs and sausage rolls were amazing. Breakfast was a perfect full English, with ample choice of cereal, toast and yoghurt as well. 
This was all in all a perfect stay for my husband and I, so much so we came home and booked our next stay already.
Rowley Manor is a very old and quirky building, full of history and character which we both loved and look forward to visiting again soon.

Went for Sunday lunch. The staff were very welcoming and incredibly attentive. Great relaxed atmosphere. Dined near a lovely roaring open fire. Food was amazing. Really felt look after and will certainly return.

We celebrated my mother's 90th birthday with 20 friends for lunch at  Rowley Manor. The food and service were excellent and of course the beautiful pastoral setting 
Of Rowley Manor made it a very memorable day.

Spent an amazing few days at Rowley Manor , Little Weighton. The property itself is stunning. You wake up to horses and sheep in fields and as you go out for a walk you have peacocks for company. A heritage church and croquet fields where the locals play make it interesting.The rooms are well done up and the food excellent. The must try are the full English breakfast and afternoon tea. The quiche, steak and deserts at dinner were delicious. The toffee pudding is the star. The staff especially Jack, Julie and Rohan are very attentive and make you feel welcome. I would definitely visit again.

If we could give this venue at 10 star rating we would. They hosted our wedding on 14th May 2022 and everything was amazing.  Nothing was too much trouble and attention to detail was fantastic.  Special mention to Rachel the event planner who made sure that everything we asked for was in place and the room set up was outstanding.  Also we would like to thank Julie (hope I got your name right) for actually running the wedding day itself. The food was amazing so a massive thank you to the kitchen staff.  It was great to have an overnight stay and then rejoin our guests for a wonderful breakfast.  Great way to continue the wedding celebrations.  We couldn't have asked for more and we now have memories that we will never forget.  We cannot recommend this venue highly enough.  You made a special day even more memorable.

Beautiful property and amazing grounds and the staff so friendly also meals to die,we had Al carte i would high recommended the evening meal the breakfast was excellent,price great to very reasonable.for I will be come back again, also peacocks add extra and the little church in view.

We went for a lovely break “up north” using my ‘Buy a Gift’ voucher which I had received in 2020! This trip was a long time coming, and I can say that it was completely worth the wait! Stunning Building, so much character, open fireplaces which were always burning, the rooms were beautiful, beds very comfortable, able to get a great nights sleep. The food was incredible, we had three courses of deliciousness, there was a wonder selection of wine, and the bar had a great selection also. Breakfast was also very good, I tried both the full English and the Continental, I would recommend both! 
It was the perfect stay and I was gutted to leave! The lovely young man Jack served us the whole time we were there, he was so attentive and definitely scored 100% for his customer service skills.

Fantastic Sunday Lunch

Organised an afternoon tea for myself, grandma and mum, we did have two people drop out last minute  however, they was so understanding when we arrived. 
They had amazing attentiveness and kept the room warm with an open fire and heaters. The food and drinks was lovely and arrived swiftly with a constant top up of hot tea. 
The staff was so friendly and allowed a little tour of the house which has panoramic views of lovely country lands.
The house does need some works doing due to recent storms however, we was informed it was all getting fixed very soon.

Afternoon Tea

After reading some negative reviews we were a bit worried but we had no reason to be our midweek stay was very pleasant. Upon arrival we had a three course meal. The food was delicious and well presented. Our waitress who also worked behind the bar was very attentive and pleasant. The fires were lit in the restaurant, bar and reception and this was a nice touch. Our room was rather dated but it was clean and the bed was comfortable and we slept well. The morning breakfast was nice and again the waitress was very pleasant. Overall I would recommend. 

Good stay 

We spent a night at Rowley for our wedding anniversary and had a really lovely evening. We stayed in the bridal suite and enjoyed a meal in the restaurant in the evening, with breakfast the following morning. 
Check-in was friendly, quick and efficient. Our room was huge! It was styled in line with the old manor house, with nice antique furniture, and excellent views from several windows. The bathroom was also huge, with a big jacuzzi bath. It took a long time to fill but was worth the wait and very relaxing. The bathroom was really cold and the bedroom a bit chilly on arrival, but it did warm up over time as we switched on the wall heater that was off on arrival (the other one was already on). One of the windows was a bit draughty and the wind was quite noisy, whistling through the window at night, even though it wasn’t particularly windy.
The meal in the restaurant was simply excellent and very good value for money at £33 for 3 courses. Everything we ate was fabulous - with a special mention for the sticky toffee pudding! Breakfast the next morning was also very good, in particular the full English, which was all really well cooked and high quality ingredients. 
Rowley Manor is set in beautiful grounds, next to St Peter’s church - ideal for a nice walk. Definitely worth a visit. The food is superb, the staff very friendly, and the setting just lovely. The hotel-side of things could do with a little TLC and better heating, but that wouldn’t put me off returning.

Beautiful food - everything delicious!!

Rowley Manor is an old period hotel set in a wonderfully quiet part of the world, which was exactly what we wanted. Yes it is a bit shabby, yes it is in need of some upgrading but the creaky floor boards and the old fashioned interior add to the total charm of the place. Yes the shower was not superbly powerful but it was adequate and the room furniture is a little dated but this caused no deflection from the fact that the staff and the food were superb. Our evening meal was quietly understated but actually was freshly cooked with local ingredients to an incredibly high standard. Breakfast was lovely, overlooking fields and harvesting in the fields. We had a cooked breakfast and I had boiled egg and toast, but there was also plenty of other choices, pastries, toast, cereals etc. The service was impeccable, the staff lovely and friendly.
We will definitely be back, it was a lovely hidden gem of a place to stay.

Hidden Gem

We were worried after seeing past reviews but had prepaid a night's stay with Booking.com so decided to give it a try. We were upgraded to a four poster room as we needed a walk in shower. The room was big with old but comfortable furnishings. Bedding was clean and the bathroom looked as though it had been updated. Some issues with the room were windows sealed up so unable to open them and the hot water was only tepid. 
However, dinner was very good and breakfast was fine. The bar was very friendly and we enjoyed drinks there before dinner.
All credit must go to the staff who work incredibly to provide a good service.  They made our stay much more enjoyable than we had expected. 
This is an old building which has only just been taken over by new owners. There is a mountain of work for them to bring it up to today's standards but they deserve the chance to accomplish this.
We would stay against need a hotter shower next time!
