Perfect friendly welcome from the lovely girl on reception, was transfered from a local crack den called Stifford Clays farm due to double booked so was so relieved to stay in such a nice hotel with friendly pleasant staff, would certainly stay here again

Booked for a couple nights decided to stay extra few days, as was so peaceful and enjoyed it that much. Marion the member of staff at the desk was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend for a cheap cheerful stay. (Stayed in room 2) very large room clean and modern.

We stayed here for work, positioned close to tillbury dock and price was cheapest in the area. 

Rooms looked newly decorated as did the outside, clean linen and towels and friendly chap on reception. would definitely stay again.

Well located farm close to Tilbury

Budget hotel
Ok for 1 night
I needed a cheap hotel, arriving late and leaving early so didn’t want to pay lots of ££ as just using the bed 
A bit hard to locate in the dark even using satnav
Man who booked me in very pleasant and helpful 
Room and bedding clean and fresh.
Couldn’t get TV to work but not a major problem as I needed to sleep 
Only 1 small towel provided so a little problem when I had a shower 

Would I stay again, probably yes under similar circumstances 
Would I use if taking my partner away, definitely no.

Budget hotel

Arrived to check in and there was a wedding party in progress. The proprietor had obviously double booked our room as he very quickly offered us a full refund but we were going to a party and had nowhere else to stay. They put us up in what was probably a member of staff’s quarters after they had removed the pizza boxes and other rubbish. The room was quite comfortable if noisy due to a window with no latch. There was quite a bit of writing on the wall which luckily given our state after the party was quite amusing.

Not what we expected….

Myself and partner arrived there Friday night after driving for two and half hours as couldn't find any sign posts! This is way off the beaten track. I thought the pictures looked amazing but upon arrival, the reception area was super dusty, the manager/owner showed us a room, we were super tired so just took it. 
I walked into the room and it didn't smell good, the sheets smelled of urine, no toilet roll in bathroom, got given two tiny towels for 2 days (2 of us), the windows were cracked, couldn't open our window, the tv control needed new batteries but we couldn't find 1 member of staff all weekend! So we were stuck on the same channel. 
We didn't know the area so had no idea where we could get our food from, wanted to ask someone but no one around. 
People banging front door at all hours of the night - not sure if it was a guest or staff that was openly smoking weed in the car park.

I wouldn't recommend going here to be honest, not even for a quick overnighter. 

Some poor guest arrived last night but no staff to let him in so he slept in his car - manager didn't answer phone calls or his emails! 
I tried calling them several times for loo roll but no answer. 

Definitely not going there again! 

Shocking!

I’m not posh by a long shot but this hotel is Absolutely shocking how this hotel is still running I don’t know. It’s  stinking filthy dirty, terrible  smell of damp &  stale smoke windows are all cracked and don’t close glass hanging from them , one of the rooms we had windows were all taped up with insulation tape chandelier was caked in cobwebs and light bulbs missing , stained bedding , hair all in the beds , those silver fish things which you have with damp on the bed , the wardrobe I wouldn’t put a pair of shoes in never mind any clothes , bathrooms shocking in all 3 rooms we booked , avoid booking this hotel the photos they are showing on their website is not what you get .For some reason it’s not letting me upload photos 

Worst night stay we have ever had

0 !! The hotel accepts reservations on Booking and does not answer you. We made 3 requests for validation of late arrival time. Without negative feedback we took it for validation. We stayed in front of the hotel for 1 hour without anyone opening the door and had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. The hotel never answered us, nor received us and refuses to answer the customer service of booking. Impossible to get a refund. Shameful

Scam !!!

Do not stay at any price. Booked my daughter in but when she told me I went to look and was horrified. Broken tiles,no guard on fan, mould, flies everywhere in room, the main house smelt really bad. Two hand towels what use are they? Where were the towels to fit normal size people after a shower. 
Please please don’t stay.
