We had an amazing day! The hotel was clean and staff weee friendly! We really enjoyed the food and would love to know where the pillows were from because they are sooooo comfy!

Modern hotel with great amenities. It felt luxurious in it's simplicity, with a comfortable bed, well-sized room, nice bar and great gym and pool facilities. The location is slightly out of town, but close to stations and good if you have a car.

Quasi automated book in… Trying to get from the main road by car to the actual hotel requires driving through an industrial park. No apparent signage. In the dark not much fun. You can clearly see the hotel it’s just not that easy to drive up to it if you have never been before..The rooms were good and practical. There was a bar and pool tables so all very ‘hip’. Also a gym. I would use again. I didn’t have the £20 breakfast which unless it’s cooked to order is on the steep side. Clearly the hotel is aimed at the corporations in the area.

One night staySuper helpful friendly guy on check in.We had food & drinks in bar while awaiting arrival of friends.The fish wrap was gorgeous, Served with fresh hot fries.My partner had a pizza which was served on a long wooden platter. Was enough for 2 or 1 bigger appetite.Team in bar area were great, Nothing was to much trouble even when it got busier.Plenty of Tea/Sugar/milk etc in RoomHuge bed, great clean linen.Bathroom was in the whole clean but it did look a bit tired around shower entrance.But Towels were fluffy & spotless.Breakfast was good.Poached eggs available on request and the fruit & Pastries were topped up in a timely manner.All in all a great place to stay if you’re coming to area.If you’re looking for a retreat maybe not for you but we loved the buzz !Gym attached but didn’t venture there ! It seemed very popular.Car park is free weekends until 3pm it’s overlooked and seemed very safe.Thank you to the team members who made our stay lovely.

Friendly & Comfortable

Hotel was in a good location for where we needed. Good sized car park, nice area on arrival. Room was clean on arrival though rip in the duvet. Stayed 2 nights but room wasn’t cleaned even though sign on the door which meant using damp towels for shower on the second night (no heated rail to hang them on) and ran out of tissue paper.

The only issue I had was that I chose the ‘pay at property’ option but money was taken from me account 24 hours prior to my check in and that I think there could have been another member of staff at breakfast as there was an abnormally large amount of guests. Other than that, amazing hotel, food, facilities, and a good selection of alcoholic beverages including cocktails.

Would stay again

Enjoyed our stay at the village.  The check in and checkout were easy to do plus there were helpful staff in reception to help if needed.  Room was clean and roomy plus the bed was really comfy.  Breakfast had plenty of choice, cooked breakfast, cereals, croissants etc on a help yourself basis.  Have stayed a few times here and never been disappointed.

Great hotel in Bristol

I stayed in this hotel for a night in Bristol. So far, the hotel is in good condition and the service provided by the staff gave me an excellent experience. However, the hotel location is not near the city center, so there would be no store or supermarket around the hotel.Free parking is available and nice Breakfast (but not much choice).

It is nice overall

I booked the stay for my husband’s birthday and the hotel exceeded my expectations. The pictures did not do it justice. The club room was lovely, clean, well-lit, high tech (charging pads on bedside tables), Dyson hairdryer, wonderful large waterfall shower with a choice of using another hand held shower just with a press of a switch. We went to the gym, sauna and pool. It really was a relaxing two night break. It was not too far to Bristol City Centre by bus (75). All in all we were thoroughly pleased with our stay and the staff, especially bar staff were very helpful!

Great hotel

The hotel is very 2024. Pros: The room was accommodating and The receptionist who checked us in was very helpful. The leisure was impressive. The gave us towels and wrist bands for lockers they had a dryer machine for clothesThey had a a dyson hair dryer and straighter avaliable. The floors were dried straight away by staff. They had a Adult hour which gave us more room to swim.  Our toilet was dirty when we came to the room. The Breakfast was not organised for the amount of people visiting that bank holiday Monday. We felt there was discrimination due to our appearances as we felt ignored on several occasions by the staff in the restaurant but everyone else including our partners were managing to get services which made us feel very uncomfortable. They were busy which coming from a background of working in hospitality I understand but looking past someone and being busy is 2 different things. The breakfast was very poorly organised and not enough for everyone. They needed more staff maybe as staff weren't able to manage the crowd.

Great hotel. Small room but had everything we needed and very modern. Not enough staff at breakfast time but those working did their very best. Would have been lots of choice if they could keep up with the top ups but some greedy people took more than they needed which meant things ran out quickly. Was an extremely busy weekend. We would definitely stay again when in the area. Lovely bar. Didn’t use leisure facilities. Nice addition having a Starbucks on site.

Perfect for us.

Overall stay was good, quick check in. Room is quite small even for a club room. Loved having a Dyson hairdryer and wireless charger. Super comfy beds and good shower. Good standard of cleanliness overall but parts of the bathroom a bit grubby. Average meals in the restaurant, good selection at breakfast. Gym was the standout, fully equipped and spacious. Health suite and pool great too.
