The rooms were lovely and cllean during the stay, all staff i encounteredd were super helpful and friendly were all happy to helpp me, plenty of parking outside of the building had alot of choice which was niice, woould definitely stay again

All staff are very polite ..rooms are clean ...beds are comfy.....reception staff are very polite......everything is in the rooms when you arrive....definitely will tell all my family and friends to stay there....also all staff go up and beyond to help you ...

Plenty of on site parking. Clean rooms, knowledgeable friendly staff.
Prices were higher than in the midlands but that’s the norm  for staying in Cornwall.
Young lady on reception named Tilly had lots of local knowledge and offered ideas of places to visit and eat. Overall the hotel was great for our needs, we will definitely return.

Lovely service from the girls Elizabeth and Jess in reception, nothing was too much trouble and they were extremely friendly. They are there covering Hayle premier inn  you wouldn't think they are not based there. Rooms are clean and tidy..

Beautiful location and hotel! But what toppped off our wet and windy check in was lizzie and Jess, they were wonderful, a breath of fresh air, like two little twins in a pod! They are a credit to premier, I know they are based as Camborne Premier inn, but they smashed check ins at hayle!

Had the lovely pleasure of being checked in by Lizzie and Jess this afternoon, such sweet girls! They informed us they was covering from Camborne site, but nothing was to much for them, super friendly service, good as excepted, clean and had everything required. They was a credit for Hayle to have for the night!!

I came in today and what can I say. The 2 loveliest ladies called Elizabeth and Jess had taken care of me. All I can say is that they are such a credit to the company and such bubbly and kind people!! 
I really struggle feeling 100% comfortable as I suffer with anxiety however these ladies made me feel so comfortable! Thank you

The room was very clean, we had a wonderful night of sleep thanks to a very comfortable bed. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast offering was very generous. Also, the price was very cheap because we had booked very early on. We highly recommend.

What lovely, cheerful and helpful staff. The staff were really lovely, the room was lovely and clean, and the beds were brand new - we go every year to see family and take Christmas presents and stay at Hayle - cost of 4 nights was amazing- loved it. 

Always comfy clean and friendly welcome at Premier Inn but the staff went over and above this last visit, I left my Pj’s in the room and the wonderful staff sent them back to me, a very big thank you to Hayden and your fab team very much appreciated!

Does exactly what it says on the tin.

Myself and my family came to stay this weekend and I would just Love to say a massive thankyou to the reception staff, nothing was to much trouble. Elizabeth and Jessica was absolutely fantastic, giving their first shift at hayle they did amazing accommodating us. People like you are the reason businesses like this succeed. Thankyou 🥰

On arrival the room wasn't made up as requested into the zip and link queen size bed but this was quickly rectified by the receptionist for us. Bed was comfy, slept well. 
TV in the room kept losing sound but only a minor thing as we were out most of the time. Tea/coffee etc in room easily replenished from self serve in reception at no extra cost which was a bonus.
