This is a lovely little hotel close to the Manchester suburbs of Broughton and Prestwich. The staff are very friendly, even though I had a very late check-in on the Friday night there were no issues. Bed was very comfortable, and the room (along with the whole hotel) was spotlessly clean. Bathroom is a bit old-fashioned but with a modern shower, which is the bit I actually care about.
I paid the extra for breakfast and it is definitely worth it- a really good selection, far superior to travel lodge et al. but for a similar price.

We stayed Saturday night for a gig in town and it was exactly what we needed. Perfectly clean, comfortable  beds and a delicious breakfast. The staff were friendly and the hotel smelled amazing! 

Even though it was a Saturday night it was lovely and quiet. Just be aware there is no lift

I stayed here with my 15,14 and 10 year olds and we had an amazing time. The kids loved the apartment and it was perfect for our needs. The apartment was extremely clean and well looked after, there were all the facilities needed, check in was super easy and warm and welcoming and the apartment is huge with really spacious rooms. Extra pillows and duvets are already provided in the room if needed and there are plenty of tv channels and plug sockets for the kids to charge devices if you’re on a long trip. I paid less than £100 too so was more than worth the money! Parking is perfectly located and we’d be more than happy to stay again. This will be our number 1 plan every time we stay in the area from now on.

Two friends and myself stayed for one night as we were going into Manchester to see a show.
Stayed in the hotel, exceptional clean through out . Bedroom was a good size for three of us with lovely touches including water and toiletries. 
We got a taxi into Manchester that cost £12 and the same for return journey. 
Booked direct and got the best price for our room.
Staff were so welcoming and booked our taxi for the journey into the city centre .
Breakfast is one of the best I have had . All food was hot and fresh with a continental selection as well.
The hotel is modern with lovely furnishing and the perfect place to stay.
Highly recommend .

Ha ha, I felt like I’d walked onto the set of Fawlty Towers with the beautiful old building and common areas and happy, eclectic people. 

The room was basic and clean, and the price reasonable. We booked an hour before arrival so got a good rate.

Even with the high temperatures outside the fan and open window keep it cool enough.  The road right outside was busy so tarring traffic noise was high, but as I travel with earplugs it wasn’t a big deal.

Okay, off to breakfast in the dining room!

Such a lovely hotel , welcoming staff, really clean room, bar area was lovely , the location was perfect to be able to get into central Manchester by either bus or tram (about a 6 minute walk) 
Everything you could imagine for breakfast including , full English ,pastries,cereal including porridge ,fruit etc , I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I ever needed to stop in Manchester 

A very pleasant and comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable and clean room, powerful shower with very hot water. Close to the city. Excellent breakfast! Free car parking and a quiet location for an urban area.

A great welcome when we arrived at our 2 bedroom apartment.  Good, clean and comfortable accommodation .  Lounge was great for the three of us staying and plenty of space with a more than adequate kitchen . Parking on site was a bonus, with car directly outside so ease of access for luggage.
We spoilt ourselves and had breakfast at the hotel which is a 30 sec walk from the apartment.  Great selection and more than we expected/ What makes this place great is the great friendly staff who really are thee for anything you need so thank you very much for a really good stay.



Our third stay at this hotel and has never disappointed. All the staff go out of their way to be helpful, always welcoming and dealt with our requests promptly.Thoughtful extra touches: room had cool air fan, iron, ironing board and thick blind . Lots of pretty flowers outside well planned. Very pleasant breakfast room and beautiful,relaxing lounge/bar. Temperature pleasant throughout.

Well served by buses and tram. Kosher bakery and Spar Supermarket easy walking distance.

Absolutely fantastic customer service, nothing was too much trouble. We were delighted with our apartments for my birthday celebrations. Excellent location, just a quick drive to the centre of Manchester. Will definitely be staying again and will be recommending to family and friends.

Good hotel in North Manchester

We stayed here over the weekend, we booked 1 hotel room and 1 apartment. On arrival, check in was really fast and easy. We were slightly disappointed as there was 5 of us, the apartment had 2 double beds and 1 single bed so we all could have stayed in there but we’d been booked into a hotel room and apartment- this is more preference for me to save a little money but the stay was really good. Our room was clean, there were some hairs in the bathroom but it didn’t sway from the stay at all. There was no bin liners in the bins which I found odd but again not a major issue! The beds were comfy and the pillows are super soft! The location is great, literally a 5 min walk to the metrolink. The staff were super lovely & there was plenty of parking. We will definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

Luck find

Perfect little hotel for our visit to central Manchester. A 6 minute walk to Crumpsall Metro Station and 10 minutes into the city on the Bury line. £11 Uber fare from town, good car parking. Clean, quiet, decor was slightly scuffed but not too bad. The staff were really pleasant. I didn't try the food or bar- water, tea, coffee and biscuits in the room. All good and I would stay there again.

Location is excellent; it's close to a Metro tram stop and a main road with good bus services.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a small hotel with a family-run feel to it.
Room was very comfortable, quiet and clean. The only thing that we thought was missing was air conditioning. A fan was provided. The hot drink facility in the room was appreciated.
Breakfast was good and at a fair price.
And we also appreciated being told (when I phoned them) that we could check in about an hour before we were scheduled to.

Lovely small hotel with family-run feel to it

Wonderful hotel

Good place, very helpful staff, comfortable room, good breakfast. The only thing I would recommend they do is either get a safe or advise customers on where to lock up or put valuable belongings. Also please keep eyes on keys at front desk, on more than 1 occasion I saw a bunch of room keys left on desk unattended and within reach of anyone on my side of the desk. A burglary disaster only needs to happen once and it can completely ruin a hotels good reputation.  CCTV security cameras are mostly there to investigate a security breach after its already happened, they’re not exclusively there as a deterrent.

A good home from home when visiting Manchester

The hotel is great for a base out the city. Very quiet and comfortable. We opted for an apartment becaise we have kids and wanted the comfort of an apartment to give them space to move around. Transport to the city is super easy using the trams...! Just download the tram map and away you go. The hotel receptionists were very welcoming and helpful. I will defo stay there again if i re visit Manchester! Thanks Westlynne Hotel for another great set of family memories.
